I have been scammed the following of $10,500 by Cointerra.com.
I have received an email by Cointerra on the 21st of May 2014:

"..Your refund request is still active, and we are currently anticipating between 8 and 12 weeks processing time for some refunds. We will continue to work towards processing the refunds as quickly as possible..."
It is now the 4th of January 2015 and I have yet to receive my refund. Cointerra do not respond to my emails regarding this issue. I will proceed to take legal actions if they do not resolve this issue and refund my money.
Below order details listed: #5191 January 2, 2014 refund pending $6,472.00 for 1 item. Cointerra.
#831 February 10, 2014 Refund pending $3,999.00 for 1 item Terramine Hosting.

I am waiting too for a full refund of 10.471$ about my order SX7002 on Cointerra.com and #831 on terraminehosting.com. There are past over six weeks.
If I do not receive a refund in 7 days I'll proceed through legal action.
