Same with me.

I even sent them documents in order to verify but they were playing around with m. Sent them a copy of my id card, they replied they want to see my passport. Sent them a scan of my passport, they replied they do want photos, not scans. At this point I don't wanted to waste more time in this stupid game. But they insisted to proceed with verification in order to get back my money.

@bitcurexed: Do you have any news for us regarding your contacts to their bank and the police in Poland?

Hello,

Even less formalities at Bitcurex since today. If you make deposits and withdrawals of bitcoins only, you don't have to provide any personal data.

Best Regards!

Hey Bitcurex, can you please clarify something for me. Ok, so you have stated that if you are only depositing/withdrawing BTC, you don't have to provide any personal data.

What data is required if you want to sell BTC and withdraw to IBAN? Name, Address and Bank details obviously but if I understand you correctly, an unverified user (meaning no ID scans submitted) can sell BTC and withdraw fiat to the following amounts:

 60 000 PLN/ 15 000 EUR/ 16 000 USD

Is this correct?

Hello, yes, you are right. Smiley

Website still states

Deposit and withdrawal limits amount to 15,000 EUR/16,000 USD each and apply only to non-verified users.

but verification process is initiated after (!) one has done his deposit. As long as you are not verified, fiat money gets reserved but vanishes after a few days completely from your account stats.

If they cannot verify your identity support team refuses to do a refund. Seems to be quite a good deal if you gave them 16,000 bucks ...

Is this intended business at bitcurex?
