How may i fix this? I get a loop with this and it doesn't start mining..

I think this one is pretty new and just a cheap clone of hashocean seems same script. After seeing this one also goes down, i am thinking some action is going on by hosting companies may be after request from FBI or any authority body as i found one article about hackers reporting possible servers/datacenter of hashocean to FBI here http://cointelegraph.com/news/hackers-track-hashocean-mining-company

If this is not the case, usual case is just another ponzi/scam run away. It is safe to just don't even think about investing in cloud mining, never trust any cloud mining platform. Sorry for your loss if you guys have invested there.

Please don't quote cointelegraph. It's a lame site who takes the info from fake H.O. Facebook pages.

I don't think we can do anything by reporting them anywhere. no one can get these peoples money back who lost in hashocean. it was not the first time peoples got scammed.. every cloudmining did the same thing with these stupid bitcoin users who love to get free money but don't want to do anything..
now just blame your self for this.. no one can help you.

You realize that those "stupid users" don't need comments like yours, do you?

Yes they are paying me personally since the first of juni 2015. I never had any issues and i'm at 110kh/s at the moment. They pay me about 0.00078BTC a day. Tomorrow i'll get my next payment.
I have 283 kh/s and they pay me approx 0.00200 BTC per day.
