Let's go to the legality, A Legitimate business needs to file Taxes and submit audit reports. How would one business will be closed its book when there are unallocated revenues? Namely Bitcoin per se (I'm talking about it based on our country's laws), so yeah given the scenario in which, Bitcoin is not recognized yet as a currency or can be made as mode of payment, this will literally be floating on the balance sheet. Not unless, one will be able to hide, but once caught probably Business will close down and eventually all parties involved will held liable.

Our Government has just released a statement to be cautious in transacting Bitcoin/Crypto, by just that they are implying that we can freely trade but there's no actual law somehow to protect and regulate the latter. It's not backed as you said, but have you seen its value? Since we are talking about investments or trading, Cryptocurrencies may not have an actual or physical form and yet they come along with their own value, much better it is quite higher than the usual stocks.

In reality, all of them plays within the market just different industry. Both industries are volatile, but we can say that the Crypto industry is much riskier than usual since the market itself is pretty much unstable. But the return is much higher than the usual stocks, so Higher risk - Higher return.

Well yeah, I'd say that any sort of gambling is somehow legal in here as long you have a license for it and you pay taxes. Meaning, as long as you are Legal by law and papers any gambling is allowed. That's why a lot of foreign investors (let's say Chinese) are starting up online casinos, since getting a License is quite easy as long as you have the money to pay. Money to bribe those people who have positions in Local Government. Also, there are a lot of gambling sites that are only Legal as long as they aren't caught  This is common here in our country, but since they have the money, even they get caught they'll just transfer from one place to another.

Well, every price especially in Bitcoin are volatile or the Crypto industry itself is much more volatile than the regular stock market, it's expected. Everyone "CAN" guess using the Trade analysis, every data in the graph could give something, maybe good or bad indications.

Every investment comes with risks, there is no assurance that every investment you have would generate ROI. It's a matter of how you will play your on the market using the information and data you have.
