I have checked the case and it seems like the support agent offered you to forward the case, as the support agent already had added the $3 bonus.
I checked the account in question and i saw that the bonus is there.
As there has been no other reports on this today, and we had two testers test this now we could not find any issues and we ask that you check your account again.

Deposit and withdrawls are instant with us, but sometimes we have bugs or system malfunctions which means we need to state it clearly in our T&C that the absolute latest WD timeframe is 2 days.
100%/100% withdrawls have been instant since the casino launched.
Gonna admit that casino UI/UX is very impressive and elegant. I just notice that the quick registration process is not really quick because you still need to input the typical details and you just removed password but replaced it by the birthday. I was hoping it should be a one click process with just an email requirements and setup later on additional info on the account settins.anyway I just saw that ypu have active race contest and participants number is not that hige which is a good sign that a normal players can be competitive. I will be looking for this site and give more feedback later. I hope you will have free spin to try the casino.

I just notice that recent bet win histpry is not updated. I see same user and bet record in there for over a minute which is unusual because it should be changing every seconds since it tracks every bet on the casino. Will you mind sharing how many active user right now playing in the casino?
This was a minor bug, will be fixed soon.
If you update the website it will update the list as well.

Although, we do not have any restrictions besides no bonus hunting with bonus funds, and you of course have to wager the bonus following the bonus terms.
