I ve seen many threads asking whether we are entering into a bull run or market will crash again. To me, the bull run is already here but it takes only experience to identify it. One key characteristic of the bull run is that, every drop is an opportunity to buy. During this period, the probability of earning profit from your investment (whenever there is a drop) is far higher than the probability to lose. Don't sit down and wait till Bitcoin hits 20k again before you realize we are in the bull run. Try and make enough profits now that the market is booming before its too late.
Hai guys now days people are really depressed this kind of new scam .They are Lost lot amount from this kind of format and getting only 40% return back.
1) ICO Stopped or Paused
2) Refund - When eth more 200 to 300 USD people invested some ICO now they are stopped and started refund now Eth price 95 USD .
3) Some ICO announced Soft cap reached successfully later their also follow this kind of refund method .
ex: Trecento , Humancoin ,Vanig and etc.
It is just a trick by the ICO scammers. They must have sold the ETH used by investors to purchase their tokens at a higher price of $200 before buying back at $95 to refund the investors.
I know many will say the time ended, we must have bought before 15 days but I think this is the best time. Before couple of weeks ago, BTC was around $4k and which is why altcoins are overpriced in term of BTC. Now that BTC has gained price, altcoins price has decreased in term of BTC and now is the best time to pick your favorite altcoin because right after the BTC ride, altcoin will also follow the trend.
I don't fully agree with you. Despite the fact that the price of the alts have dropped in BTC, it doesn't mean the prices dropped in USD that means you will still spend more physical cash technically to buy the coins.
If Cardano manages to successfully launch PoS, and it really gets so decentralized as Charles claims, I think in the next 10 years Cardano can surpass Bitcoin, not just as a utility but as a marketcap and a store of value.
Any thoughts?
There is no coin or token that will ever be able to replace bitcoin in the cryptocurrency market. Not even the closest rival Ethereum can do it let alone Cardano.
I am interested in opinions about borrowing in cryptocurrency. If a cryptocurrency will have low price volatility, then would you borrow in that token?
If not please tell why?
I once borrowed cryptocurrency from a friend precisely DGTX. But it wasn't a good experience. I borrowed the coin last year when the price was just 3 cents. But I regrettably paid back at 7 cent rate as it was the current price during payback time which was a great loss to me.

Re: STOP With The ICO Garbage

It is no longer news that the ICO era is almost over. Whatever garbage anyone decides to throw in now does not matter anymore as people are already resolute to do away with the ICOs.
One of the limitations to become great in life is FEAR. You cannot succeed investing in crypto through fear, because it will lead you into making decisions without giving it the proper thought. Every evidence or reason for doing anything in FEAR, is always false, which at the moment might appear real. It is later you would start thinking, you should not have done it. COURAGE will make you see good reasons despite all odds or circumstances surrounding that situation.
So, whether you are a trader, an investor or whatever you might be doing in the crypto space, you would need courage in making some decisions, which although might not seem favourable at the initial stage, but will benefit you greatly in the long run.
NB: Courage only comes from what you already know, which can emanate from the time you have devoted for quality research and proper learning.
Courage alone is not enough to take you to the promise land in cryptocurrency. You also need to pray hard and hope for luck too. The most successful crypto investors might owe their success to luck too.
I used to get worked up over a loss in cryptocurrency not until I realized that these losses can be mitigated using the right investment strategy. Investing and holding a coin is not the issue here, the issue is knowing when to sell. The most successful investors are those who know when exactly to sell. And to do that, one need doses of patience so as not to fomo and sell at loss. The difference between the rich and the poor is simply the ability to know the right time to sell.
True talk! But there are still few exceptions when it comes to cryptocurrency. What you may think is the right time to sell or hodl in cryptocurrency might be the opposite due to the unpredictable nature of the market.
I want to now about binance ico platform because the Crypto big exchanges is binance now days they are doing now business that is launching the ico in binance platform and I was invested some amount their in btt tokne but it ended with big loss for me after ico finished in binance platform, so now I want to now that is binance ico platform is safe for investors?
The aftermath success of the tokens sold on binance exchange does not depend on binance. The ICO or IEO on binance may be a very big one. But without active development of the real project, it would still amount to failure, and loss for investors.
Stablecoins have been considered among many investors to be a safe-haven for crypto's volatility. Ever since Tether (USDT) emerged, several other stablecoins have launched in order to provide people with a wide variety of options to choose from. However, the stability of stablecoins is yet to be questioned since we've seen how Tether has gone below $1 in the past.
NuBits used to be a stablecoin too, but now it has lost its peg to the USD. Which means, that the same thing could happen with most stablecoins out there, since they're traded on a free market.
Nonetheless, do you believe that stablecoins will have a future? If not, why?
I believe the stable coins have a future and will just be around cryptocurrency till the end of time. Besides, the price of the stable coins is fixed. People will not purchase them with the motive of making profits. They can't be dumped.
I don't doubt this statistics at all. It is very possible that the ICO investment has decreased by such percentage because almost every investors are now kicking against the ICOs.

Re: Death Penalty to ICO Scammers! Are you favor it?
As we all know still exit scam ICO's are victimizing investors including me in my frustration I wish these people be killed or if busted they must sentenced to death Penalty are you favor of it.
I would welcome any form of penalty or punishment for ICO scammers because I have actually lost a lot through ICO participation due to scams. As such I have no pity for offenders.
You have a long list of altcoin portfolio that have tanked down by 90% since you participated in the ICO. What was $5000 is now worth $500. You are at a loss of $4000 and there happen to be an upcoming token sale that is pretty hyped.
You are in desperate need to recover your losses and you plan to invest in that hyped token sale in hope that you can earn 5-10x. Would you:
1. Pump fresh fiat out of your pocket into the token sale or 2. Trade off the the altcoins you have for BTC/ETH and invest into that hyped token sale.
Share your thoughts.
It is generally said that money is used to chase money or make more money. By extension of that, it implies that you have to simply put in more investment to enable you recover for the lost period.
A few months back, BCH Hard fork took place and since Bitcoin Cash ABC won the hash run, BCH ABC and BCH are merged together and are a single entity. Very recently, blockchain.com introduced a new tool for crypto enthusiasts to get a better understanding of the intricacies of their cryptocurrency. They launched a Bitcoin Cash explorer that helps people search for transaction hashes, addresses and blocks on the BCH blockchain.
This is just a mere prediction without a solid backing. But I would be glad if the price can be achievable though because it means that the entire crypto market will finish the year on a very high.
What kind of PR methods are successful in a crypto project ? and what attracts you? For example, digital marketing platforms like twitter, facebook or airdrops or bounties. What is your opinion ?
Bounties are best for me. I have been involved in bounty campaigns for a while now and have also earned some good tokens. I believe some of them will trade nicely.
Some friends of mine always lament that 'we need more stable coins in the cryptosphere' and I think that is highly achievable looking at the promising prospects that has been achieved by tether. It seems some upcoming projects are also promising to introduce stable coins. Is it possible to have more stable coins on the crypto market? What would really happen if we get more stable coins on the crypto market, would the volatility reduce?
We shouldn't have too many. Maybe one or two will be just fine. The top stable coin should be generally adopted while the rest should be discontinued.

Re: What coin is the best in your opinion? Poll

I believe more in Ethereum more than any other coin. Bitcoin may be the number one in terms of price and market volume, but I believe Ethereum has more frequent use that bitcoin.
I know that a lot of people think "I can save my crypto's on my own with a ledger", but is that really the way we have to go? The idea behind Crypto Banks is to have a decentralized platform that can carry out all of the same functions that a traditional bank can without the need for a mediator.
But lets cut to the case, why this thread/question? I've seen a pretty nice article about ATRONOCOM ( https://coindoo.com/crypto-banking-the-future-of-personal-and-business-finance/ ) with so to say chewed up informations about Crypto Banks, and i want to know your opinions on Crypto Banking also because there are a lot of Crypto banks that are trying to make a new platform/product. Should we start chasing them
It is a very great idea to have cryptocurrency banking. It will definitely help those who are not very experienced in securing their coins as the banks will definitely have a sophisticated security method of safe guarding the Cryptos.
Now, we are experiencing bearish market and it's a temporary and usual pattern. Bullish Market will definitely take effect.
It's normal for those that know and those that do not know, stay calm Just like having winter or spring or summer seasons Or Dry or rainy seasons.
There is just 1 out of 2 actions expected of you right now....
1. Wait for the bearish market to sell off and bottom before you buy back more.... because those cryptos will be cheaper to buy in
Or
Just leave the market entirely and go do other things....looking at it can get you upset and tempt you to make unwise decisions like selling off your cryptos in losses.....very unwise step. Do not sell. Just hodl.....do not panic sell.
For me.....selling pressure is still strong...... definitely I will buy more to my holdings....
This is a very informative piece. But no wise person will want to sell his cryptos at a loss. I rather leave them and wait for the bull run even if it takes 10 years to come.
