Let's me summarize for you.
1. Scrypt-N ASIC, We have looking for another algorithm already. We have planed to implement it in GPU and CPU miner after we released Stealth Addresses.
2. Multiple PoW, In order to change to the new algorithm, it must be smooth transition as much as possible. We have planed to implement multiple PoW from Scrypt-N to the new algorithm. According to the plan, it will be Scrypt-N -> New Agorithm + Scrypt-N -> New Algorithm.
3. Multipool & Inflation, We still discussing the solutions with team members to find the best way to solve it, but it will do nothing until we released Stealth Address.
4. Stealth Address, It is in progressing.

You can donate to my address, but I prefer you to keep it until we have multisig address.

The VTC that you send to multisig address will look more transparent than my address.

so vertcoin is dying, or it's beeing suppreessed before a pump?
Is VRC dying or simply inflation? It's killing me to see the price drop so low

I don't even pay attention to these posts. Buy more now before it doubles to $2. I mined 10k VTC (and still mining) and bought another 10k VTC through exchanges at different rates. So far, the rate has been more stable than BTC.
I think Vertcoin is pretty awesome and will be implementing anonymous wallets in late June, it's a good investment over the long term.

However, I think it's spiraling the drain. The merge-mining fad I think finally did it in. It not only devalues newly mined coins but devalued everything that long time miners have worked for and it encourages the mine-and-immediately-sell mindset.
It will come back as usual. Merged mining has nothing to do with that. If you used to get 1 VTC you are still getting 1 VTC.

Used to mine around 150MON per day using my own p2pool node and now nothing for 36 hours... Difficulty is still around 80 so no changes there. Did I get unlucky all of a sudden? 
Can't crack a block with 12 GPU, so you are not alone. MON carried on the wings of VTC so I don't expect low diff.
My VTC output got better now though @60 per day.
How much cards you got and where you are mining?
I was wondering too for both of you. What are your hashrates (or WU)? And where are you mining? I've been on vtcpool but my vtc output over the last 20 hours was terrible. I'm running about 8000 WU (10,000 kh/s). Should be better (cards are not tuned).
I'm thinking about running my own node but wanted to make sure I can hit a MON block.

I lost count. I have about 16Mh but cards go bad here and there. Just RMAed 5 cards and holding them to resell later.

Couldn't agree more. I wish there was a rule that all new coins could not be listed on exchanges for 6+ months. To many people jump on fad coins for no reason. You should be mining for the long term

Exactly the same issue here. I can see that monocled is receiving API calls from p2pool, and I'm getting shares and vert to my vert address - just no transactions happening in the MON wallet.
Does anyone have any ideas as to why this might be the case?
It takes me 4-5 hours to find a block with 20Mh because we are solo mining...

Got 60MON but then at 4AM I stopped receiving MON. Any idea how to check if I am throwing hashes in MON?

Make sure rpcuser and password from monocle.conf match what you specified in --merged option
