Re: Why is life so hard/complicated?
by
micogurtiza
on 10/02/2017, 23:03:25 UTC
I can agree with you that mankind has gone down the materialistic path and finds emptiness at the end of the road.

Now, my dear friend, you cannot change the world BUT you can change yourself, so begin by deciding what it is you want in life, study your strengths and weaknesses, your skills, and see where you'd fit into the scheme of things. We all have an important role to play and we ought to make a valued contribution to our world if and when we have the opportunity to do so.

As for living the party life, that's just the bright lights, sights and sounds and smells that are bombarding your senses as well as your brain, and you think it's a good time. Don't forget, Saturday night partying is usually followed by Monday morning's back to reality real world.

I would suggest you start to develop your inner world, find out what really captures your interest, read books, learn about artwork or music or writing. Join groups to share similar interests, get involved because there is so much to be experienced that has fine value in developing you as a bright, mature human being.

Re: What is Consciousness? What is awareness?
by
micogurtiza
on 10/02/2017, 22:49:27 UTC
BEING AWARE
You know what is, but you don’t know how it may or may not be related to your life. Being aware does not necessarily equate with being conscious. This brings us to the other part of the equation.

BEING CONSCIOUS
Awareness is considered a prerequisite for consciousness. You can’t be conscious about something if you’re unaware of it in the first place. Example: you were aware about everything in your surroundings, but you were consciously looking out for an escape. This blurs out your perception of non-related elements, enabling you to focus exclusively on certain, sought aspects.

I hope that I can buy everything with Bitcoin in the future. With your list of options, I really want to buy drone for my go pro. I love the use of drone, it could be for photography and spying purposes lol. I also love to buy clothes and gadgets such as iphone 7. I'm a newbie here, is their an online shop that you could use to buy certain goods with the use of bitcoin? Anyone who can orient me? Thanks a lot.

Re: What type of music do you guys like??
by

on 10/02/2017, 19:32:50 UTC
The type of music that I like  depends on my mood. If I'm going out to have some adventure, I chose music that goes with my vibes. When I'm in the mood of relaxation I want music with romantic lyrics or acoustic type music. Sometimes predicting the person's current mood depends on the music he/she is listening. Music is everyone's life. Without it life is boring!

Re: Dangerous country

India do share many of the same wildlife as Africa due to its late continental drift away from Africa joining into Asia. Only country in the world where you can see tigers and lions in the wild. Not to mention leopards, elephants, buffaloes, Rhinos, bears, wolves, king cobras, pythons etc.India is the wildest place.. it is the size of a continent and has more wildlife and carnivorous diversity than any other country. Also Indians don't kill animals usually, so snakes curled up inside homes are pretty common including Cobras. Crocodile infested rivers are a common sight as are Lions and tigers.

Re: Efficient way to eradicate corruption
by

on 09/02/2017, 22:20:57 UTC
To eradicate corruption  there should be  transparency and openness in government spending. In our country every public official should submit their SALN before and after their term. But the best way is to pay the civil servants well. In that case , they'll not be attempted to get funds from the government illegally. IN contrary, people who is preoccupied in getting rich will do anything just to get what they want even using illegal means. That's the sad truth.

Sorry but I don't believe in the way he is running a country. It's just pathetic to think that you have to kill all  people who not life the life he want they have. This is not a democracy but a dictatorial regime that kill massive people sad that there are people who support such guy. I am happy that we have in the Netherlands a democracy where all people get judged by the court and not by a single person who is mentally sick.

"For your info. our President is not mentally sick. Death Penalty is not the sole decision of our president as a punishment for those who committed heinous crimes. This criminals will still be judge by the court, and will undergo a series of investigation. If the criminal is found out to be guilty and all the parameters for death penalty is committed, then he will be punished! Anyways, death penalty is still being reviewed. and For your information, most of the Filipinos are glad that Rodrigo Duterte is our President. With his way of leadership Philippines would be great again. Don't just believe in bias media. Hear the plight of the Filipino people regarding this issue."

In some ways it’s not possible, of course, to put everything about God into one sentence. God is infinite, and we’ll never fully understand His greatness—not on this side of eternity. I do believe in GOD. I am born Christian by heart.

Re: Difference of Trading and Investing?
by
micogurtiza
on 08/02/2017, 22:46:37 UTC
Trading means buying or selling stocks in a short period of time and it depends on the volatility of such stocks. You should be knowledgeable on the latest trends or strategies used in trading. Because trading could get wrong if you are not that expert or all knowing in the stock market. While investing is just putting your money in the biggest company and making it grow which depends on your personal goal. Mine is for my retirement fund.

Re: Is it better to save money or invest it?
by
micogurtiza
on 08/02/2017, 22:29:31 UTC
Saving
-Short-term: Ready to go
Saving is typically for smaller, shorter-term goals in the near future (usually three years or less) like going on vacation or having money for an emergency.
-Ready access to cash
-Minimal risk
-Earn interest--You can earn interest by putting money in a savings account, but savings accounts generally earn a lower return than investments.

Investing
-Long-term: Achieve major goals
Investing can help you reach bigger long-term goals (at least four to five years away), like saving for a child’s college education.
-Harder to access cash
When you invest your money, it’s typically not as easy to get your hands on it quickly as compared to a savings account.
-Always involves risk
-Potential for profit

SO IT'S YOUR CHOICE ON OW YOU WANT TO HANDLE YOUR MONEY Smiley

Re: How to tell your Girlfirend about BitcoiN??

When I explain to her about this bitcoin which can give us an extra cash flow. She immediately grab the opportunity. We are both new to this and guess what she is a bit competitive in making her account  level up in junior member. Thanks to our friend who introduced bitcoin. Frankly, we need money to sustain our daily expenses aside from our salary in our field of work. So why not try right?

Interesting websites that I visit when I'm bored are the following:

you tube - I play videos related to German language or songs that soothes my mood.
facebook - I always browse and visit my old friends profile or browsing facebook pages  to be updated about the current news in our country.
Instagram - Browsing profiles and pictures with amazing view or scenery. I love photography but photography doesn't love me. LOL
Google - I can search any thing I want.

Re: Tell us a joke....

Fred is 32 years old and he is still single.

One day a friend asked, "Why aren't you married? Can't you find a woman who will be a good wife?"

Fred replied, "Actually, I've found many women I wanted to marry, but when I bring them home to meet my parents, my mother doesn't like them."

His friend thinks for a moment and says, "I've got the perfect solution, just find a girl who's just like your mother."

A few months later they meet again and his friend says, "Did you find the perfect girl? Did your mother like her?"

With a frown on his face, Fred answers, "Yes, I found the perfect girl. She was just like my mother. You were right, my mother liked her very much."

The friend said, "Then what's the problem?"

Fred replied, "My father doesn't like her."

I do believe in premonition because my girlfriend has it. She said that she can predict what happens but it's her choice if she will use it. Every time she used her power she feel week specially if she uses it in gambling. I think there are few people who is gifted with this 6th sense. How I wish I have it too.

Re: What Is The Best Way To Handle Racial Discrimination(s)
by
micogurtiza
on 07/02/2017, 19:31:05 UTC
Discrimination is the unfair or prejudicial treatment of people and groups based on characteristics such as race, gender, age or sexual orientation. How to handle racial discrimination? Dealing with discrimination is important for your physical health and mental wellbeing. These are the ways that I can advise on how to deal with this. #1 Focus on your strengths, #2 Seek support system, #3 get involved with like-minded groups and organizations, whether locally or online. It can help to know there are other people who have had similar experiences to yours. And connecting with those people might help you figure out how to address situations and respond to experiences of discrimination in ways you haven’t thought of, #4 help your self to think clearly, #5 seek professional guidance. Hope this helps.  Wink

Re: What is the difference between clever and genius?
by
micogurtiza
on 06/02/2017, 03:43:30 UTC
Clever is a word that is used for people (mostly for animals such as dogs) who can think of alternative ways to wriggle out of a tough situation. If you put a barrier in front of a moving cockroach, it may not think of a way to get out but a more intelligent creature may find a way to circumvent the barrier. Clever has come to denote a person who is cunning but it is not right as clever is always used in a positive sense. While genius is a person with intellectual or creative power or other natural ability.
