Given that the tokens don't look good to receive a proper dividend: how to sell them? Any exchange on the horizon?

Thanks

Giulio

learn to read next time, would be great for your personal horizon

Ye but why no exchange? Would make it worth more i guess? And easy exchanging coins.

1) Never happened.
2) The people in this forum know that I, Dean, run this account, I am the owner of BetKing and was having a direct conversation so it would be weird to write "we" or anything else. This is how I speak.
3) I am stopping someone stealing MORE money from me, big difference.

"Should't we /the investors/ to have the last word about the site development and path?!"
No. Token holders have no share in the company or voting rights.
Oppinions and recommendations are however always welcome.

If you are really a token holder it seems weird that you would give trolls ammo in this forum with your comment even though everyone else who posted has shown support for my decision.

wtf, you're replying to this seriously? I think you should prevent people from stealing the bankroll (which we, investors, all paid for). So i'm glad you blocked it.

Anything about the token yet, bkb?

Exactly. I'm going to stay off these forums I think Smiley

The tokens should be distributed this weekend. It's long slow process to audit but needs to be done.
Even after tokens are credited you will be looking more at next week before you can withdraw.

I thought about allowing you to tip them to others on the site as a form of exchange but you would need to trust the other person as there's no escrow service.

Thanks. You shouldn't be defending yourself for your actions in favor of the users/investors. If you stop posting at the forum could you atleast open something as a support box on the website?

Thanks again for all your effort.

Thanks guys. Great response so far.

22 btc (~$100k) wagered so far, over 200k bets.

Some minor fixes:
chat lag fixed
chat scrolling issue
deposit dialog error message fixed
deposit bonus info page added (click deposit then click info)
username link on highroller chat notifications fixed

One unfortunate thing though.
As it's first night I'm not going to leave auto withdrawals on while I'm sleeping, just for tonight.
So if you play you can wait up to 6 hours if you tried to withdraw now.

Auto withdrawals will be back on in the morning and left on from then.

Thanks again

Could you tell me where i can get support for my failing 2FA? fails to login with authenticator where bittrex works fine ;(

Whats the reason there's no official answer about the whole zack thing?

Hey,

I am trying to get official information about the situation, but have so far received none.

I fully understand how you guys feel, but I am only the communications manager and can only provide with info that I am myself provided with.

I am sure that once the team has official statement/information on the issue, they will share it with me and I will send it to all of you.

I have requested a statement more than once already. They know you want it.

Regards,
Vlad

Thanks. Smiley

Checked Dao casino token on coinmarketcap

It is currently $0.08 / 0.00027 ETH

Where ICO is

Day 1            2,000 BET:1 ETH
Day 2 – 14            1800 BET:1 ETH
 Day 15 – 17           1700 BET:1 ETH
Day 18 –  20           1600 BET :1 ETH
Day 20 – 22           1500 BET :1 ETH
 Day 23 – 25           1400 BET : ETH
Day 26 – 28           1300 BET : ETH

Its far more under the ICO price? The development and news from the team seems great but why is the price going opposite any idea?

Because there is no evidence of real development from Dao.Casino, That lightening blog post above is a huge red flag.

The medium post just reiterates the project suffers from slow confirmation times and they are waiting months for Raiden and Lightning before they can begin to solve playability issues, let alone launch. There is nothing (currently) that sets Dao apart from recent ethereum based casinos that are slow.

Are you saying this is a scam?

Thanks alot, but regarding 1).

How to determine how much tokens you get for lets say 1 ETH? If there's no contribution cap, you may run out of tokens if the max is 100m.

Lets speak hypothetically;

A person gets 1 million tokens for 1ETH, and people contribute 101 ETH... then what? That would be 101m where the max is 100m? Or maybe i misunderstand your explanation? How many tokens will be give for like 1 eth?

There's a total of 70 million tokens, their value will be calculated by dividing the total amount of funds gathered with the ICO with the total token supply (70 million)

So for example, if we gather 35 million $, then the value of the token would be 0.5$

ICO funds / Token supply = Token price

35 million / 70 million = 0.5$

If we gather 7 million $, then it's
7 million / 70 million = 0.1$

Hope you understand now Smiley

I don't think you understand my question.

Normally, ICO's tell me how much tokens i get for 1 ETH.

Lets say; i get 70.000 tokens for 1 ETH, so that means 10 ETH for 700K tokens, 100 ETH for 7 million tokens and 1000 ETH for 70 million tokens. So in this scenario 1000 ETH is max contribution.

But the first post in the topic says there is no contribution limit. So what if too much people contribute and your total contribution comes around 3000 ETH?

Or are you also dividing the tokens by the amount of ETH or BTC cntributed, then you are unable to tell how many tokens people will get for 1 BTC or 1 ETH.

I'm not talking about the value, i'm talking about the amount of tokens per ETH or BTC in this ICO Tongue

Thanks in advance Smiley

If the investments are unlimited and token supply is fixed, it means the tokens distribution will be decided upon the amount of investments.

Therefore, if there's a total of 70 million $ of investments and 70 million tokens

For each 1$ you have invested, you would have gotten 1$

If there was 35 million$ of token, for each 1$ invested, you'd get 2$
If there were 7 million$ of investments, for each 1$ invested you'd get 10 tokens

Ah, that way, so its divided after the ICO and no way of telling how many tokens per ETH and/or BTC at forehand. Thanks. Smiley

I haven't seen such ICO before thats why im asking, all ICO's i know said  "xxx token per eth/btc".

Thanks again for taking the time to reply.

Can anyone link me the ICO topic which isn't closed, or is there no other topic after the one which closed?

I have two questions;

How is it possible that the funds raised have no limit if the coincap is 100m?
Why did you close in 2016?

1) Token cap is 100M. Buyback price is based on funds raised.

http://i.imgur.com/z2fvUgD.png

Funds raised / 70,000,000 = Price per token

2) Closing was due to Dean wanting to take a break, IIRC.

Sucks to hear that you will be closing. Any chance I could know the reason you have decided to close?

It's been almost 4 years I've worked on BetKing.
I've done it mostly by myself except from some help here and there but the majority of the time it has been me that deals with development, marketing, promo, support, security, looking after others funds, dealing with abuse Wink etc

Almost every other dice site has more than one member of staff, at least some support staff.

I wanted to make BetKing the #1 Bitcoin gambling site for dice, casino, sports and poker.
It's going to take far too much time on my own to get there Smiley (I had a lot of devs let me down over the past 2 years too slowing things down a lot)

The reason I tried to sell shares during the ICO was to raise funds to hire the right people to actually try to make this happen.
But we failed to raise the funds needed. Mostly due to bad timing with it being the end of year and Bitcoin price rising fast and a not so well thought out pitch Smiley

I also gave away between 3-400 Bitcoin in promos, prizes etc and made what I feel is the best dice site that is easiest to use over the past 2 years.

But apparently according to the stats on some sites not everyone agrees Wink

BetKing is very profitable and I have made good money off of it but I'm not the type of person to settle for being #2 at something.
It's a very unhealthy obsession that has started effecting my daily life off of BetKing which isn't good Smiley.
I could leave it open and neglect it and still make a very good living but I wouldn't be happy with that.

So I've decided to close instead.

I've not decided what I will do instead but I know I'll be taking a long break after everyone is cashed out.

Thanks for everyone who gave support over the years.

gl

Anyone can feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.
