When does the ICO start?

Our launch was postponed 4-5 hours. We found the problem and are now fixing everything we need to properly launch again.

Edit: Saul found us on twitter and showed a lot of interest in our project since the beginning. He's a trader but we'll listen to him if we ever need his advice though (he has more experience in the cryptosphere than us).

Are you serious?

Why wouldn't it be serious? We immediately jumped on board, it's good to have someone experienced as a resource!

We just found what was wrong. Seems like a small problem with the code but it will need a fix. The team decided to postpone the launch some hours so we can recompile our wallet and fix the problem.

More details will be given in this thread.

Why would you leave it lol ,good earnings  and enought to all your family and you live well and as you saying bitcoin allow you to earn around 100 dollars a month ,as most of us we using bitcoins as an extra left it to live only from it is currently a risk.

Some people are crazy, I don't even know if there are enough jobs available in the bitcoin economy to absorve everyone that wants to work full-time in bitcoin.

Re: Reason of the price fall

I don't think now the big trading and exchanger platform will be hacked again. And these days gambling sites are also putting bigger percentage of bitcoin  in cold storage to make it safe. I worry if another such thing like hacking or split happens again bitcoin price will be like half than what it is today. We need more new buyers to pump up the price.

Some more bitcoin websites will be hacked, I don't have any doubt. But as we move towards regulated exchanges/services this stuff will be less frequent.

Re: A good day to buy hard?

A great great day to buy hard indeed. I am seriously considering buying with all my available money right now. We're flat, I dont think the price is dipping below $200 again, ever. We may be leaving behind $300 and maybe $400 forever within the next 8 months. I am very optimistic of the route we're taking in the not-so-distant future.

yea we can see a big buy wall at 220$ https://i.imgur.com/yD6CHyj.png
Im hold my bitcoin too

I wouldn't place my trust in a big buy wall... The one purpose of a huge buy wall is a great opportunity to get dumped on hard. Sells will be absorbed easily.

There are tons of fake walls being put on both sell and buy orders. If you go on bitcoinwisdom or specially in Poloniex you can see how there are walls being created and then being taken off suddendly trying to trap other people's orders on there. Poloniex also has an annoying bot that automatically creates orders of +1 satoshi increments. Is there any logical explanation for this?

Maybe the bot is trying to get it's orders filled first?

I have never used a bitcoin debit card although I wanted to get one but am so confused as to which one is the best one for us in Europe, if anyone has any idea please let me know as I would be interested in securing one.

I've been using XAPO with no problems. Can't recommend it enough.

It depends if im earning 5-10 BTC a day without miss, i will quit my day job. Earning that amount of btc everyday is very nice, you can support your family and your daily habit by that.

why you need to earn that much, i doubt you're making the same with your real life job, yeah bitcoin is unstable

but this amount you want far exceed any regular job out there, if you can earn 1 btc a day you should already leave your normal job...

5 BTC a day means 150 BTC in a month which approx. is ~35,000 USD
I think it is just enough this income for a year not for a month lol.
If i earn so much i would leave immediately wouldn't think twice Smiley

Indeed. Like they were saying even 1 BTC/day would be nice but if you're living off that you would need to wory about taxes. That's important.

Re: Should I withdraw my coins from Bitfinex?
by

on 19/09/2015, 12:53:15 UTC
I officially moved my trading funds to Kraken. Smiley
fees are lower there?

bitfinex has a bit lower fees. they are seperated in 'maker fees 0.1%' and 'taker fees 0.2%' kraken has a fixed fee of 0.26% for people who's volume is less than $10K in value. op isn't going to get cheeper fees.

But kraken is REALLY reliable. I trust them a lot more than I trust finex, ohh but the volume is lower so it might not work out very well for day traders.

Today is the best day to buy hard really. No one can catch the perfect bottom price. But anybody can make Avg lower price. So,  around 220 to 230 USD is the best price to enter into bitcoin for long term holding.
if i had spare cash rn, i would trade it all for btc. the prices have been pretty low recently.

That wouldn't be very smart, remember to diversify your investments because with BTC you are more than likely to be wiped out if something goes wrong.

Let's see if we don't encounter price slippage in this next days. I still believe sub-200 can happen.

Never got debit card yet.. but interested to know more.. feel like xapo debit card is the best so far

I think if one have a options to liquidate bitcoins easily without debit card then that will be best way to convert it to cash because these card will have some % of transactions fee but do not know how much. Surely these charges will more than exchanges fee.

Yes that will be good option if you can liquidate your coins without any of these transaction fees.

This is the best way to convert bitcoin to cash or purchase directly in POS
Also a good opportunity is to save the exchanges fee that take other exchanges.
Personally in near future will use any of them, currently just checking which is the best and lowest fees.

Dont' forget to check any ATM fees in your country. Link

I am from India, i went through most exchanges but they are not offering Debit Card for Indians, so sad to know that still India is so backward in Technology.

Xapo does not support India, also e-coin too, bit-x seems too, why are not supporting india because of 1B people?

And an ideal market for the use of cryptocurrencies like BitCoin IMO.

i will wait some before buying again, i'm lokking this 200$ support

200 dollars support is essential, if it goes down we will have a big down spike (that will be the best day to buy hard!).

imo BTC will go down now for a bit

No one knows for sure, it is all sheer speculation (a little bit of this, a little bit of that). But your stash should gain despite the price swings

it will stay around the current level for some time. one day it goes up a few bucks, and the other day down a few bucks. too many people are waiting for the price to move.

That's also true. We are waiting on china to make their next play.
