2. Delete p2pstate.bin
Ah thanks, that got the daemon up and running. I can't get to stage 6 of your instructions however, as when I run the (latest) wallet I'm still told: "Error: refresh failed: failed to get out indices" The hell does that even mean? I've deleted everything except the keys file, blockchain included, resynced multiple times on two different operating systems, but "failed to get out indices" error from the wallet, and this error from the daemon:

Red strings from the daemon have nothing common with your problem. Just don't worry about them.
However, you have troubles with the wallet itself. Please, show me the log of wallet start so I can see what's going on.

I've been notified by the developers that this was an issue with the downloadable blockchain that was corrupt. The new one is already on the website.
Here's how to fix the problem.
1.Delete the files:
blocksindexes.dat
blocks.dat
blockscache.dat
p2pstate.bin
poolstate.bin
2. Download and install the blockchain from http://bytecoin.org and restart the daemon.

I sent deposit to mini ponzicoin while status was "Ponzi Status: Ponzi will reset in 0 Hours 0 Minutes 0 Seconds". Status was frozen for like 10 seconds.

Стоимость любой валюты является в первую очередь балансом спроса на неё и предложения. Так в случае с биткоином фактор предложения фиксирован, то стоимость этих денег будет зависить исключительно от спроса на них.
Не понял, почему "в случае с биткоином фактор предложения фиксирован"?Многие интернет-магазины и прочие сервисы в настоящее время принимают битки. Осуществлять платежи ими удобнее даже, чем традиционными валютами, меньше волокиты.
Если не считать момент приобретения биткоинов через биржу или обменники. В этом случае имеются определенные неудобства и наврядли они исчезнут в скором времени.

Если будут повсеместно осуществлять платежи биткоинами то к людям деньги будут поступать уже в биткоинах, и не будет неудобств с приобритением.
Подскажите сколько по времени занимает внесение рублей/долларов на BTC-e переводом с OKPAY.
А как вы OKPAY пополняете? Я так и не нашел адекватного способа пополнения.Точно скажу что на btc-e моментально зачисляется с QIWI и LiqPay.

Это связано со сроками вывода долларов (как вариант, рублей) с бирж. Я сам ими не пользуюсь, но, насколько мне известно, вывод долларов, например, с mtgox может занять месяц, поэтому, условно говоря, доллар там стоит дешевле (соответственно, курс биткоина будет выше), чем на других биржах, где вывод осуществляется оперативнее...
