Just got my Bitcoin order. I must say even though I have had a few issues with bitinstant they have always come through in the end Smiley
I got my Bitcoin order and I will be back again.
Thank you very much to the whole team. Yankee you guys run a truly legit and customer service oriented business. In a shady dark world of buying bitcoins you guys are a beacon of light.

I think if I can get this handled today I might continue to use bitinstant. But the last 3 times. Have had issues that take a couple days to get resolved. They do ultimately get resolved but not quite the timeframe most of us are looking for. At this point i think I would rather have a refund of my $503.95. Got confirmation from zip zap 30 sec. after payment. Have not received one email from bitinstant to confirm payment. NOT ONE!

I'm also having an issue today. It seems every time I use bitinstant now there is a problem. Quite the headache. Please help me Yankee. Information is as follows. I have not received confirmation emails nor my coins via coinapult.

Placed two orders yesterday:
one for $503.95 and another for $103.95.
I had placed the order for $103.95 first. Only the $503.95 order has been sent. The above order has not. I placed this order at 12:30 pm est on 1/21/2013.
This is not shown on the block chain. I contacted Rachel yesterday about this and was assured I would have my coins today. Well here we are and still no coins. I did not send a duplicate amount so what gives. 24 hours later and still no coins. It seems everytime I send more than one deposit now there is always an issue. Please process this for me as I have waited long enough.

Looks like my coins are finally on the way.

At this point all of my fees, $40 + should be refunded as neither purchase went through in an hour, and I am still waiting on my other order. I just received an email from Rachel saying that I will have them later today. 24 hours after the fact. Not good business...
 Is there any chance that cash deposits at banks will be an option again?

you can see if you look up the block chain only one input was received, not two..

Hello and good day. I made two transfers yesterday @ 12:37 pm est via money gram at a time you guys had issues processing orders through your back ups. I sent multiple messages about this and last night I received to confirmations in my email that the orders were paid out. Only one of the 2 were paid. One was for a total of $503.95 and the other was for $501.95. I have sent multiple emails and called numerous times but no one has gotten back to me. I sure could have used my money 18+ hours ago when i placed the order.

Please help me and also it would be nice if you would refund your fees to me as well since it has taken much longer than an hour..
