Could anyone assist with my problem please?

I've tried multiple times on all 3 of my S9's just delivered last week and there is no status in the status page.
I've tried resetting it to factory settings, but same problem.

Hi all.

On Friday, I turned my D3's off due to the profitability rate. I unplugged the PSU cable. I have turned them back on this morning and I have noticed some D3's not powering on.

I have changed the PSU, the PSU Cable and tried different plug sockets.

Any assistance is appreciated.

EDIT: TURNS OUT THE MINER WAS TOO COLD.

What mining pool can I use now that NiceHash is down.

I fixed that issue by resetting the machine by pressing the reset button, only inconvenience is that it resets the settings, but it does fix it as I think it loads the old firmware on it.

I seem to have another issue on the original firmware where after a little bit of time the chips will go to XXXX, but not all of them.  (there is a o between some of the x's)

It's simple when you go to complete the order, click coupons and you can select the coupon you wish to use and it deducts it from the bill.

Could anyone urgently help please.

I have D3's plugged in, I've updated their Firmware to the latest on the Bitmain website and since then I keep getting this issue.
The chip statuses go to XXXXXX and hash 0.

I've tried reflashing it with the firmware again and doing a power down and on.
