Many of us here already knows the importance of using the DCA strategy to invest into Bitcoin. With DCA, investors get to buy Bitcoin at different prices (in decreasing or increasing order) so that they don't miss out the opportunity to buy at a certain low, for example if the price is falling, most investors might not just want to put in all their money to buy but would rather invest bit by bit while watching for the price to dip more. Some people too invest using DCA strategy because of how their income is paid, if they receive monthly salary, they can only invest after they get paid.

I think it is important to zoom out a little bit too.  We're at $80K right now, which is a pretty insanely high price historically.  There hasn't been that much time Bitcoin has spent above that level in it's lifetime.  I think it is important to think of things long term so that you can take a long term investment view.  Rather than trying to catch bottoms or make a big profitable trade, focus on how much you can regularly buy and stack coins over a long period of time.  This won't burden you financially and will remove the guesswork of timing the market.

Yes, this is a positive development that also came with much sacrifice and disadvantage.
If the government started holding Bitcoin and some altcoin as their reserve, it builds the reputation of crypto in the society, where they only have negative understanding about crypto, and we will see Bitcoin being used as the mainstream of payment (particularly border-to border). However, there's going to be a huge sacrifice in the aspect of privacy, and there's going to be a huge disadvantage in the area of market manipulation, which is what we are already seeing in the market as we speak. Besides, there's more to come and I hope we're ready for it.

Haters will always hate. This guy is among the group of non-believers such as Elizabeth Warren, Warren Buffett, Jim Cramer, etc. We should just ignore these people. From time to time, Bitcoin has reached a new ATH. It has shown resiliency, despite several attempts to bring it down. I'd say Bitcoin is too big to fail. Its strength lies in its decentralized and censorship-resistant design.

The future is bright for Bitcoin. Especially when many institutional investment companies and mainstream governments have shown interest in it. The majority considers BTC as the next store of value. In other words, as the next "Digital Gold". With a limited supply and unmatched security, you can't go wrong "hodling" Bitcoin for long. We'll be the ones laughing once the corrupt Fiat money system collapses in its entirety. Just keep buying and forget about the FUD.

Bitcoin can help individuals from poor nations to overcome the local barriers and obstacles imposed by corrupt and inefficient governments, besides local society, which also doesn't help in anyways, as the barriers are a matter of culture and mindset as well.

It's important to understand the country isn't going to change, though. As pointed out, Bitcoin isn't a magical currency which will turn corrupt into honest and bad habits into good habits. The structure of a poor nation is too strict to be changed by a digital currency.

The few individuals who used and are using Bitcoin on their favour have to consider alternatives like moving themselves to countries where they can share the same mindset and lifestyle with other people. To have faith their countries are going to improve at some point can be a frustrating mistake.

So, easy to just ignore the price of bitcoin which allows us to not have emotions. I agree we should not expect a quick profit, which means we should not be really assuming that bitcoin will be get us rich overnight.

If we can realize that, then when you think "I will hold bitcoin for 30 years" suddenly what happens tomorrow doesn't really matter all that much, does it? Why would you care what happens tomorrow, if you have no intention of selling it tomorrow? Only the people who think about selling end up having emotions, if you are not selling then price movements do not matter to you. If you are buying bitcoin with intentions of selling quickly, then you are doing it wrong to begin with, hence emotions matter if you do it the right way.

The best thing to do is HODL as that puts us in the strongest position, especially with bullish news like this coming out. This is huge, considering it involves a national reserve, and we shouldn’t assume this is just happening in the U.S..

The U.S. is a major player, and many countries follow their lead when it comes to financial policies. So it’s likely we’ll see more nations adopting similar moves, which is exactly what we want since it would create even more demand for Bitcoin.

Let’s enjoy the bullish momentum, but let’s also stay realistic as not every news cycle will be bullish. Just last month, Bitcoin took a big dump, and no one saw it coming. But looking at the bigger picture, this kind of news strengthens Bitcoin’s long-term outlook.

Now, if you’re looking to trade for quick profits, keep a close eye on Trump’s announcements and rumors. we’ve already seen that his statements move the market.. whether good or bad.

It may be a little different due to the current conditions. The Bitcoin crypto market has been recognized and owned by powerful countries. So many political and economic situations have a very large influence. Although the kit is different, the system is the same up and down. Through fundamental issues, good or bad. Even we old investors should understand, so we don't have to be surprised because the crypto market is indeed affected by good or bad news.

Adoption is wider and many large companies have come in, they are not just individuals but a group. They have the strength above the Whale who is able to move the market. Some have said that without Trump the market will go in a better direction. But with Trump the market also has new challenges, so in any condition we must be able to read the situation to take advantage.

BTC  People see Bitcoin as an asset, like gold or stocks.  This is very disappointing because in order for Bitcoin to become a global currency and for banks and governments to be excluded from its control, it should be used as money for transactions and buying and selling, not just as something to buy, hold, and sell when its price goes up.  The current view of Bitcoin is far from Satoshi Nakamoto's original goal. 

I delayed my decision to bought bitcoin @110k, then i decide to buy bitcoin after it goes down back to the 79k, then you still call me get backward!!!!

The smart investors won't always be blindly buying bitcoin in any rate. Although it's deflationary coin, and has big potential to increase. The lower you buy, the more profit you get. You can DCA bitcoin, but still use your logic.

Delaying the decision is not always having bad meaning in investing.

It could be, but come to think of it, there are millions of users of Bitcoin already around the world, and with that, we could have gone to the same growing pains in the beginning and we thought that it's difficult to understand. And some of us could have fallen to the trap and scam and be hack or lose our Bitcoin. But still though, we learn and evolve and we sharpen our skills and keep ourselves in the market.

So if the OP has this kind of negative mindset in the beginning, then he won't  really prosper. But then again, as I have said, just think about the thousands if not millions or users of Bitcoin right now, so if they can do it, then the OP can also get that over the difficulty.

Most investors got carried away with the excitement that this year will be bullish staring from this Q1 base on past trends, this market fluctuations is not suppose to be a big worry but the anticipation of bullish momentum is actually what is bringing this market panic.

Just as said the only way to win in this market is to actually stick to long term holding something I called diamond hand, short term trades at this period is usually risky this is similar to future trading right now and it is one type of trading that one needs to avoid this period as we can see multiple news of liquidation reports of millions.

Crypto trading is hard and it's not something that a newbie should jump into because they received a 30 minutes lecture on YouTube. Having a professional trader that has years of experience as a mentor is a shortcut to understanding trading analysis better. What might take you months to master can be pointed out by an experienced mentor in a very short time so it pays to have a mentor that is willing to impart their knowledge to you. It's good to follow mentors guidelines but you can't be under their mentorship forever, from your experience you can also try other strategies while having what you're taught in mind.

Even if it is not a scam, people should completely avoid trading on it. There are better well known exchanges that can be used for trading instead.

I believe. But my trading experience when I was a newbie is different. I lost money more than 90 days. It was some months ago that I fully understood what trading actually is.

Also know that most traders are losing. They need to understand what trading actually and how to make money with it. Most traders failed to understand how to make money from trading is when they risk less.

I think that only shows that we rushed to enter the trading scene and we lacked of briefing if what are the important points to know on certain situations. One of it is to just staying calm on a highly volatile market or if the market is only moving on one direction and that is on the low side. Some skilled traders can still navigate on them successfully, that is because they don't panic and they know more.

If we are fearful, that also makes us to not panic or we will only pause for a while and observe how things go first. That is okay. It is still be better to brave and confident with our decisions though because we are knowledgeable, so we need to taught it to our selves.
