BITINSTANT !!! GREEDY CON ARTIST's , THIEVES, SCAMMERS AND PEOPLE WHO MAKE THEIR LIVING OFF OTHER PEOPLES MONEY THAT THEYVE STOLEN NEVER PROSPER! This IS CORRUPTION at it's finest!
YOU MAY SPEND THESE PEOPLES MONEY TODAY.... BUT TRUST ME KARMA WILL KNOCK AT THEIR DOORS AND The DOORS OF THEIR LOVED ONES. THEY WONT ENJOY WHAT THEY'VE STOLEN. Bad LUck? No Just Bad Karma and shitty people reaping what they've sowed!

I've tried to contact BitInstant well over 10 times today. Nothing was returned. No contact attempts were made and as of now I am out of the 150.00 dollars that they have of mine and have no returned or even made any attempt to acknowledge. Now I've been on this board all day for some sign of life. NOTHING has been acknowledged!
Anyone who reads this be warned in having any dealing with this shady BitInstant company.
Bad business is bad business. There is NO EXCUSE FOR THEM STEALING !!!! There is NO customer support for this BitInstant company and if anything goes wrong you can expect to be ignored!
Shame on these people who have the time to take peoples money yet provide such a terrible service to the very people whose money they've taken.
People on here having to tip toe around these Bitinstant Support in hopes of getting their money back. HEED MY WARNING ! A SCAM IS A SCAM no matter how you look at it. Issues not being resolved, Not contacting people , holding up peoples money is THIEVERY at it's best.
Their phone Number is a recording you will NEVER be called back. Look through the archives and you will read hundreds and hundreds of people who have been dissatisfied and SCAMMED with BitInstant!
I only wish I would have read that before I did business with this unscrupulous company.
HOw do you sleep at night lying to all these people?  If your unable to handle these deals give these people their money back and close your doors!
Greedy corrupt businesses always make excuses. Good businesses always have the best customer service. I say everyone who has been dissatisfied be contacted and class action should be taken!

Still waiting here too. It's been a week. No one addresses me personally except to tell me a ticket has already been made.

WAS on here previously having major hissy fits!! I feel your pain. My issue was resolved I did apologize for what I said but I was not contacted by anyone regarding this it just MAGICALLY happened somehow behind the scenes.Still in all Bitinstant needs a customer support artist ( like myself)  a motherly type to smooth out the ruffled feathers. You cant go in expecting to be coddled. Bitinstant is HARDCORE do not expect a sweet soft reassuring contact. But at the end of the day your money is on the dresser and they have done their job !   Eventually!  AND not sure how these guys personalities are but the founders are pretty HAWT looking! Seriously I was expecting nerdy types but these guys ooze sexuality, The one guy looks like the actor from that crime show, and their marketing guys are pretty decent looking too. But who knows they could be jerks. But thats being said... the founders are cyber candy to look at !! Yum yum.
Have patience with them I wish I did !

I wrote to Yankee late last night and asked him to look into this, because I did not receive the funds. And I was especially concerned with the API response of "Insufficient Funds". To his credit, he did write me back last night, and said he would be working on it "now".   But that is the last I heard from him or from BitInstant, and I still have not received the funds. I also tried the live chat, and they were not available at that time of night, and I also wrote to support@BitInstant.com, but received no reply from them. I have been trying live chat since 9AM this morning, but the send button does not seem to be sending anything.

I did not want to complain on this thread, but this is very bad business on their part, and it is obviously very worrisome to me as a customer.

Would someone please look into this and get back to me? Thank you.

i really DONT think these guys are scam, since they have helped me with over $3000 in transfers in the last 3 weeks and helped out two of my other friends. I will vouch for them

Overwhelming volume is the issue here.  Your funds are NOT lost.  BitInstant is NOT scamming you.  All orders will be resolved.

Please try and work WITH me and not against me so I can help you resolve your issues.

Spamming this thread does not help me help you.  Please include ALL of your information regarding your transaction in 1 post or PM.  Partial info or just complaints do not give me the resources to help you.

I will PUBLICLY APOLOGIZE on bended knee if I'm wrong. This is MONEY people are going to get emotional, go crazy about it! They need to HIRE ME to handle it. Being tech geeky and legal smart is one thing but in order to do business you have to know people and businesses are not all machine. There is human lives behind these computers and exchanges. People want to have that acknowledgement when your handling their orders. NOT have to wait in LIMBO . Speaking of which I will be back later ... needing to tend to my own business. I blew my whole day for a sign of life from this company. I'd much rather be blowing it doing something else productive!~ These are the risks we take, but dont do it to me!!

I havent even been contacted. My emails ignored, my phone calls not returned but they HAVE MY MONEY! Not even one of their people has even addresed my issue. So If I give away money I'd rather give it to the homeless , Not a BUNCH OF GREEDY WHITE COLLAR CRIMINALS! BITINSTANT SHOULD BE ASHAMED!

You do realize that all the negative shit you're posting accusing them of scamming will only increase the time period we all have to wait? If they have to spend 45 min of every support hour defending their company it's going to take forevvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvver to do all these tickets.

I'm trying to remain positive and patient about my experience with customer support. Problem is  I purchased bitcoin was sent a code from coinapult . Unfortunately I used to wrong pin with the right address. The bitcoin is gone. I have tried calling and leaving emails and so far nothing. What can I do about this? It doesnt show up on either side.
