WOOF COIN

Since the beginning of the pandemic, pet surrendering rates have increased dramatically around the world. Waitlists for surrendering household pets have increased to a remarkable eight months as animal shelters and welfare organisations have seen an increase of 34% for animals needing help.

Typically, animal shelters are under resourced and under financed; relying heavily on donations and the volunteer efforts to assist animals.

This is where Woof Coin steps in. As avid lovers of dogs, we wanted to make a difference. Using the power of Proof of Work mining, we’ve created a coin where miners are contributing to the donation of money to animal welfare shelters. These shelters initially include the ASPCA who already have a cryptocurrency donation mechanism but with intention to expand to the RSPCA and other organizations suggested by the community.

Our aim is to put animals first and we intend on developing ongoing relationships with pet shelters to help adoption.

Hello there. The block failed to eth-btc when it failed to process. It was 18 hours, did not pay again. I did two different things. you check here I wrote you want help for you. Please check if I can get a refund?

Is this also from blockchain.info? Both transactions are confirmed [You can check the links below] and if the "trade failed", Yes you can get a refund. Actually, I haven't tried exchanging coins in blockchain.info as its not available in my country but I already tried in shapeshift and as you noticed when you exchanged your coins there is a tag  that states "powered by shapeshift" so I'm guessing that it's not that different  Huh.

Now, In shapeshift there is a field called "return address" its where they will send a refund in case something happens so have you seen a field like that and have you filled it out? If yes, Check that address if the ETH's are there. If not send a support ticket.

If there is no return address field or you didn't filled it out. Same solution send a support ticket and reference your Order ID as well as the TXID's below

Figured this should be helpful so I'll leave some links where you can contact them:

Submit a request here: https://support.[Suspicious link removed]/hc/en-us/requests/new
Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/blockchain
Twitter: https://twitter.com/blockchain

To increase your chances, also send one in shapeshift as blockchain.info's response will probably take longer  Undecided

EDIT: Update from shapeshift (PLEASE READ): https://www.reddit.com/r/shapeshiftio/comments/7layhk/a_note_about_the_current_state_of_the_ticket/

Thank you very much for your help. I did as I said, I filled in the ticket request at shapeshift. eth address says 1 week wait. I'm waiting for now, I will come back.

How can my address could be wrong if i made all that in the "Exchange" field? If i was transfering btc to ETH, if for any reason the transaction fails, the money should return to where it started. Huh

You can't send a bitcoin to an ETH address it should be bitcoin --> bitcoin and ETH --> ETH only. That's the reason why they said that they don't have a valid return address for you. They will ask for an ETH address where they will send your eth after they have confirmed your deposit so make sure that you have only entered an ETH address for that. You can double check it at your ETH wallet.

"Your pending transaction expired before we received your deposit.

Most probably they set a limited time for your deposit like for example, 1 hour, if they didn't receive the deposit within that time your session will expired.
Please note that in most cases they will require a certain number of confirmations before they consider your deposit valid. The mempool is currently overloaded right now so if you didn't sent it with a very high fee it might take longer to confirmed or worse might get stucked in limbo.

Well, i've contacted their support and the answer wasn't helpful: ""If it eventually is rejected, then the funds would remain at the bitcoin address they were sent from. The only thing you can do at this point is to wait and see if the transaction is accepted into a block. Like all wallet providers, Blockchain.info has absolutely no control over this, and cannot expedite transactions. This is always dependent upon the bitcoin network of miners, which we are not a part of."

Can you help me on this? What can i do to solve this issue?
