It's a fake ICO that was launched by SEC to raise awareness and educate every investor that's interested with it.

yes i felt that, as i am new to bitcointalk and heared that if there is something that i can trust is bitcointalk's hero and legendry members because they can smell fake projects but when i saw those huge comments list i was shocked thats why i tried to make a post and get my answer.The SEC Just Launched a Fake ICO Website to Educate Investors

Hello that is a great sarcasm post Ive seen from theymos. It's sound like they endorsing a certain project but actually it's just a sarcastic approach to the SEC that keep bombarding the bitcointalk and cryptocurrency as scam. Howeycoin comes from the word Howey Co which was the case against SEC and W J Howey Co that tackles about the investment matter conflict. Which is same as the issue about cryptocurrency as investment product rather than a utility only. Here is a reference link for your info.

i start taking intrest but when i followe link and opened website
i pressed there contact button, that redirected me towards this website
https://www.investor.gov/howeycoins
that clearly states its a scam with all red flags they claim.
if i am wrong you can correct me.
