Re: BC.GAME KYC Issues. Not letting me withdraw $14k. Horrible support.

For what it's worth I won like 30k on there and was frustrated by their live chat support as well. I got KYC verified within 24 hours though and I was using VPN. Maybe try using VPN as well to bypass the visa requirement?

@Op, I will strongly advise you to ignore this response — using VPN will most likely lead to more complications and put you in a position where you can no longer defend yourself if anything comes up.

Just be patient and wait for their response.

Agreed with above suggestion.

DO NOT use VPN. It's like hammering the last nail to your coffin, by yourself. Just wait, I've reached them and waiting for a reply. Once they're back from whatever they're currently doing, they'll respond to me and I'll update you.

mynameisjohn, if you have a case with BC [aside and simultaneous with the one you have with thunderpick] I'll advise you to create your own thread so I can be aware of the situation surrounding the case. I'll try to get it resolved.

No issues with them - like I said got KYC verfied within 24 hours and was able to withdraw my winnings Smiley. They have a terrible live chat support though.

Uhh, sorry, sorry. In these hectic days of mine, I forgot to nudge LM to ask for thunderpick's contact that he have. Let me send him a DM now and begin poking their staff once I get the contact. Please be a bit patient. And once again, I'm sorry.

Looks like they don't care at all.

Sorry, sorry, my bad, again. I got the contact not long after I nudged LM, but then I handled other matter [IRL situation with these endless Christmas dinners and events also didn't help] and your post seemed to be pushed to the bottom of my "new replies" page. It only came to my awareness when I scrutinized my to-do list and see that the entry "reach thunderpick - mynameisjohn" is not crossed yet, LOL.

I've reached them few minutes ago. I'll wait for a reply.

My sincerest apology for hanging you dry, twice.

No problem at all Smiley.

Looks like they are not going to answer anything though, since it is very easy for them to just ignore it.

Still no response from anywhere. People who are honest have no problem being transparent, which is just not the case here. There is no need to look into it for 2 weeks. If there was a real reason why they closed my account they could see the reason and respond in 5 minutes.

Update: Update is that there is no update, because they just don't respond anything. This case is marked as unresolved on AskGamblers as well already.
It was expected to happen. Because Thunderpick doesn't cooperate with the 3rd party mediators, their strategy is different. They want to solve the disputes internally, which will always remain questionable. Haven't you received any response from their DRO team after sending an email? They usually give a response after 7 - 10 business days by doing investigation.

No response from them either. That's what I am saying - this company is a complete fraud. Not like FTX level fraud, but it is up there.

You know why that they don't respond? Because there was no actual reason to close my account other than that they don't want to pay out winnings.

Anyone can start a online casino, accept all players that lose (and maybe pay out small wins, since like 99% of gamblers lose anyway) and when someone wins a decent amount then just close your account for whatever reason (that doesn't actually exist) and refer to their ToS. That's the area of online sportsbooks right now.

Based on this story they clearly just didn't want to pay commission to you anymore and were trying to find any reason not to pay you anymore. Granted you made a really stupid mistake - providing them with fake kyc documents for some reason (even though asking for kyc 2 years later for such a established account with ton of referrals, cmon). If the kyc part wasn't the case I would totally sue them for that. Kyc or not, they don't honor the referral program and don't the deserve the business you brought them at all.

~snip~ They say I breached legal terms 5.1 and 15.1, which I didn't and I don't even understand what they didn't like about me, when I asked for additional details they just say the same thing again that I breached legal terms legal terms 5.1 and 15.1 like notal NPCs to be honest. ~
You will always get the same answer by reaching their live support agent or email support team. They aren't going to give you exact information for closing your account and seizing the funds. Even you won't get any help from any 3rd party mediators. Thunderpick team don't cooperate with the mediators. Now you have only one option left to get further help or information, you have to send email to their Dispute Resolution Office.

Emailed them, thanks.

I'm sorry for your loss, OP. It seems that the Thunderpick is no longer active on the forum, and if you check their account, they already have negative feedback related to another unresolved scam accusation.

Thunderpick.io SCAMMED ME FOR 1049€
Unfortunately, it looks like resolving your issue through the forum might be unlikely.
However, you could try reaching out to a mediator like AskGamblers. They might be able to help.

Just submitted it to AskGamblers as well. I don't honestly expect any resolution here, I just wanted to warn you guys. This only stops if someone takes legal action against them.

Thunderpick.io scammed me for 8725$

What happened:
I want to warn you guys about the site thunderpick.io.
I won a decent amount money on there ~around 9000$. I managed to withdraw 400$ and after that they asked me to do KYC verification. I sent them
everything they requested for on the same day. They also requested me to send them additional photo after that - a selfie of myself holding a piece of paper, which has
current date and thunderpick.io written on it, also sent that immediately. Then about 2 weeks go by and they sent me a email saying my account has been permanently closed and all account
funds have been seized. They say I breached legal terms 5.1 and 15.1, which I didn't and I don't even understand what they didn't like about me, when I asked for additional details they just say the same thing again that I breached legal terms legal terms 5.1 and 15.1 like notal NPCs to be honest.

Long story short - win anything on that site and they will find whatever reason to just randomly close your account and not pay out winnings. Avoid this site if you want to actually manage to withdraw your winnings. I am sure they keep all the losing players there, but win anything there and it is curtains. I am not sure how can a fraudulent company like this still operate legally.

The same thing happened to me, they closed my account for the same reason as well and didn't specify any further (this was about a month ago).
The balance on the account was much larger though - around 8700 dollars.
This site should not be allowed to operate, absolute fraud company.
Basically they allow all the losers on the site, but once you start winning there they block/close your account. Don't be fooled by the people posting winnings huge winnings in the chat there - these
people are down significantly.

This is the email they sent me:

We are contacting you from Thunderpick Customer Service.

We trust this email finds you in good health.

We would like to thank you for previously submitting your documents.

In reviewing them, it was found that your account is in breach of our legal terms(5.1 and 15.1) that you agreed to.

Due to this breach, the decision was made to terminate our business relationship with you and discontinue all services and products offered.

Your account has been permanently disabled. Any remaining balance should be considered seized. We kindly ask that you refrain from opening any other accounts.

Please note that a discovery of any accounts opened by yourself will result in an immediate termination of such accounts and funds seizure.

We're available to help 24/7 if you need anything else.

Thanks,

I created a web app for music that keeps you focused
by
mynameisjohn
on 13/01/2024, 14:09:20 UTC
I created a web application for people who are interested in listening to music that doesn't distract them while working.
It has 3 categories - deep work, study and creativity (each of them has completely different tracks).
The player screen is highly customizable - you can basically remove anything you don't like to see on the screen. From the settings you can also select the genres
you want to listen to. Each genre has a different theme, which is basically a looping video (can be turned off from settings as well). If you like some tracks you can add them to favorites, so you can easily listen to them later again, but If you don't like some tracks you can mark them as not interested (these will not be played automatically again)

Link: https://listenatworkfm.com/

What does this have to do with Bitcoin?

Well, the application is free to use, but if you want to have access to all the tracks and genres then the only payment option is Bitcoin (accept payments via lightning as well).
That being said, there is a plenty of free content on the site, so it is not necessary to pay anything.
Also, this website is privacy focused so it doesn't track anything - most websites have at least Google Analytics installed.

This application is completely new, would be cool to get some people to try it out. If anyone likes the application I am willing to add one month premium for free - just send me a PM with your email you used to sign up on the site Smiley.
