I can't access the login page. I think they have server issues now. But hope their banking problem is fixed for good.

Logged in without any problem just now. I will only try loading card after official statement on News section that card platform is working.

I just transfer back to my wallet outside the value i had deposited there and there was no recognition of the bitcoin network.
I sent e-mail support, this is nonsense, they allow deposit and we can not recover it, or load it on the card!

I tried to move my funds out of Adv Cash via BTC but they removed 1-2 days ago so I used Perfect Money. DON TRY LOADING CARD! I loaded my card with 100EUR and funds has been debited from my wallet but not credited to card. Take out your money while you can
After 4 days and 5 messages to support money has been returned to my wallet. Let's hope they're on the right path.

I just emailed their support about the problems. Hopefully they will respond. @operator55 where did you hear they were closed down 10 days ago?
You will receive reply from support but don't hope for a solution. Me and few my friends received identical copy/paste reply

I'm afraid that you're right. Last Update on NEWS section was 04/22. It looks like CARD LOADING with set limit of 100USD/EUR is not working. I loaded my card on Saturday but funds has been debited from my wallet but not credited to card. Tried contacting support but received universal copy/paste reply without any solution. Withdraw all my funds and this cost me $70. Also still missing 100EUR loaded to card so in total nearly $200 damages. Do you expect every financial institution out there just post everything they can on a public message board for everybody to see? I'm not sure I ever saw that happen. Also, has it occurred to you that maybe we do not have the entire picture ourselves yet and don't want to post nonsense (something some people here have no problem with)? Seriously, I'm going to leave this to you guys, speculate away. When there are actual news on our side, you know where you will be able to find them. Before that, I see other way more productive ways of spending my time than repeating the same thing all over again for people that seem to know everything in the world.
Of course i'm aware that you cannot post everything here. I'm trying to point that you're not telling us everything (you dont have to, but users have to know that)
As i said these are speculations for people who are curious what is happening. You don't have to respond to these.
The issues look like more serious than how you describe them on your website.
As long as things are not clear there will be always speculations.
Honestly, what it says is the news is a very accurate account of what we knew so far for the time it happened. I'm not sure what else could be there to tell. Account numbers and passwords? I believe that was actually pretty straightforward, we described exactly what happened. Believe me, we could have found ways to obscure it with 'infrastructure problems' and 'technical issues' and whatever else there is. We did not. We could not get the funds to the card vendor on time because there is a banking issue, and that's exactly what we said. It's still 100% true. When we arrive at a solution with our banking partners, there will be progress in the situation.

Funded card on Saturday with set limit of 100EUR. Funds has been debited from my wallet but not credited to card. Contacted support and they replied that transaction has been complete but I'm still don't see funds on my card. So now again waiting for support to reply.

I apologise if we did not respond to something. We are really overloaded with all kinds of requests on top of this card platform issue and other stuff. There's just too many. It's physically impossible to respond to everything right away. You are welcome to email me at andrew@advcash.com with your ticket numbers and I'll see what I can do. Please don't post it here, send as a private message or anything else. Email only, please.
Sometimes things happen, I don't know any service or business that has never had any issues. We will do our best to post an update in the news today about the card platform thing. I think that everyone understands that there is some factors that you cannot control when resolving problems. It always will be the best to post update on news section after 24h. Now everyone start to bombard your ticket system if there is no update asking the same question. Wishing you to learn from your mistakes and never put your customers in last place.

This is how this "company" operates. If you ask them question they will respond in 24h if you're really lucky but 99 times out of 100 they respond after 3-5 days. They just posted on news section. It looks like they have time to post news but not answering customer tickets. I do understand that there is some unplanned delays but when money is involved you must ALWAYS issue update after 24h.

I was using AdvCash almost 3 months without problems. All my transactions was instant and was able to withdraw from my card without problems. On Friday wanted to fund my card but received notice that I need to verify my account to fund my card. I done all verification steps and received sms and email that my account no Verified. After this I tried to fund my account but transaction is in process for 2 days when before verification it was instant. I tried writing support ticket, Skype but haven't received any reply. I hope to receive my funds soon and will use this service again if they resolve problems. If not then moderator must consider marking them as scam as it looks by previous post that I'm not the only one who has problems with them recently.
You created your ticket yesterday, which means Sunday. We have responded to it earlier today, which is timely. I am not sure what your public complaint is about exactly and why you rushed to post it here instead of waiting for our response in the ticket. You may be verified by us, but the way this works, our card vendor needs to process your verification as well. They need a few business days for that. It is not really a problem and of course it has nothing to do with scamming anyone. Your card funding transaction has been dropped and you are welcome to use your funds otherwise if you don't want to wait till your verification is processed by our card vendor, or fund your card with a smaller amount within limits for non-verified users.

You usually was online on Skype all the time so when my transaction stuck in process and I found few posts that recently they had problems with you guys I was a a bit scared that I lost my funds. Now that you replied to my tickect and and explained everything I will use your service in the future and will recommend to friends. Thank you!
