What happened:: Played on Betcoin, lost and won bunch of sportbook live bets. Decided to withdraw my LTC but it was undergoing a review after I initiated a support request via chat. I verified via KYC and since then have been dancing around trying to get a proper answer to finish the withdrawal. They advised on July 8th it should take 10 Business days to 'finish the review'.
I sent a few follow ups but during the 10th business day they simply said 'it is still undergoing review' without any further input on if there is a problem. There is no transparency and I'm getting worried they're just seizing my funds with no answer in sight. Feels like my previous experience with nitrobetting a few months ago.
Not sure where I can go next but to just be aware. I might be done with crypto betting at this point. Be wary of this site, I thought it was reputable enough despite some positive input on this forum.
I'm sorry but where did the 748mbtc come from? how much did you win from the "free play"(I'm asking because I am curious whether the rollover was based on the amount of money you won from free play)? also, I don't think you need to win 748mbtc, you just need to wager that amount.
anyway, I hate bonuses that automatically apply on deposit. all bonuses should be opt-in and should not be automatically applied.
Thanks for the response, I updated the main thread with the chat logs. Their verbiage seems very very vague. I escalated via the chat and email so I'll have to wait and see what they have to say. I agree that these bonuses suck, especially for someone that is basically new and getting back into wagering
nitrogensports.eu used to be my go-to site back in the day and I noticed how it was rebranded to nitrobetting.eu after revisiting a few years later. I didn't think too much of it until I made some bets then noticed it gave me a 250% first deposit bonus and 20x rollover. This feature wasn't an opt-in and applied automatically.
After I won some bets, I just wanted to withdraw my initial deposit and winnings. The withdrawal request was denied because I inadvertently spent the 'Free Play' credits meaning along with my other bets so I am hooked on the line to complete the rollover or my withdraw is completely DENIED. I have earned 2mBTC and need to win 748mBTC which translates to ~$50K USD earned!
I am out a few hundred $ from my deposit. I've escalated this to security@nitrobetting.eu which hasn't replied to me for a few hours and the chat not helping me at all.
This is an extremely predatory practice and you're basically scammed the moment you deposit to them. I didn't realize the horror stories of the site rebrand until I saw all the forum posts of similar issues without a resolution. I could use any help if some forum members can help out otherwise this is just a cautionary tale to avoid them at all costs and do your research on better sites.
