My partner is the direct mandate of an extremely large BTC BTC order book.  We have buy orders from multiple parties to be filled of all sizes.

Our standard process:
I chat with you.
Discuss quantity and gross/net.
LOI can be provided as long as it ensures a MANDATE TO MANDATE CALL.
Master agreement is created for deal, we provide POF first and ask for POC in return.  NCNDA is discussed as well.
Confirm timeline for other documents (KMC/AML, etc).
Transact.

Do not inquire if your seller is less than 1.000 BTC BTC minimum volume.  Test transactions of 5-10 BTC BTC are fine.

Do not inquire if you are more than 1 step away from the seller's mandate.

Do not inquire if you are not willing to talk with me over voice!  I prefer to vet individuals via an actual call.

Do not inquire if you are not willing to engage in a penalty clause -  we are tired of the "fake sellers" who say they have coins but only want to shop around our LOI.

Buyers are typically already on-boarded at a professional institutional escrow such as itBit, Providence Trust, Legacy, Royal, or similar.

Some buyers are single bulk transactions, some are daily / weekly.

Buyers have previously completed KYC / AML compliance.

What we are looking for:

• LARGE QUANTITY SELLERS
• Direct contact mandate or mandate him/herself
• At least -5 gross / -3 net , of course variable upon volume
• Escrow use - willing to take suggestion from seller if desired
• POF will be given from the buyer, POC in return from the seller
• Bank to bank is fine, as long as you are willing to use insurance

In general, we are looking for some honest genuine sellers that are more interested in a relationship than just a one-off transaction.

There are entirely too many people masquerading as sellers and their mandates, who only want to shop around a LOI.  We ONLY GIVE LOI TO THE MANDATE.  You will not receive a LOI without a recipient.
