Introduction

Non-fungible tokens, also known as a nifty or simply NFTs, are special types of cryptographic tokens that represent a unique asset, and are thus non-mutually interchangeable by their individual specification.  In other words, they represent tokenized versions of real or digital assets.  While NFTs are commonly used within the crypto sphere as a means to illustrate uniqueness, and are currently associated with collectible tokens that can be traded as crypto-collectibles, this identification of uniqueness can be resolved into other purposes. ArchiveIs  a  focus  on  web  archive  services  and  uses  an  NFT-based  approach  in  order  to selectively archive web data into long-term retention on a tokenized system

Archival Web Services

Archival  web  services,  such  as  Internet  Archive  (archive.org)  and  Archive  Today(archive.today) work using web crawlers to capture sites and create data clusters or storage for the captured data to retain in.  These types of archival storage’s require mass amounts of storage arrays in order to capture all the dense data while crawling the entire internet, and as such is an expensive and extensive task.  While these archival services do not take the deep web into account alongside with sites that request archival services to be denied (using a configured robots.txt), it is nonetheless an on-going effort in order to attain a complete archive of the entire history of the internet.

What is ArchiveNFT?

Archiving is an important role for the internet.  To be able to keep track of all changes of a web page,  and to refer back to past versions,  is a must in this fast paced society for transparency,  security,  and accountability while preserving information for future viewers.

Archive’s goal is to branch the cost of these services while retaining the properties of NFT as a use case to keep track of all web archival links as tokenized data. This is not just limited to web pages, but images, videos, documents, and other file formats can be considered part of  the  archival  process.

A  reason  to  remain  anonymous  is  due  to  the  sensitive  and  legal nature of archiving certain objects, specifically published journals and articles (e.g.  JSTOR) as such actions have caused significant backlash from authorities in the past.

Tokenomics

Archive is built up from a fork of CBDAO (Bree) using a combination of governance properties, in order to faciliate feedback and direction, and NFT but also implemented with features from other projects in order to create a different token system that can best benefit a project such as this in terms of longevity, stability, and price function while maintaining a steady process of minting.  Minting tokens will become an essential part of this project as  each  archive  will  be  represented  by  a  token  involving  succession.

As  an  incentive  to early  adopters,  the  starting  supply  will  start  higher  with  a  burn  function  to  ensure  price increase until it reaches a certain limit,  from there a constant growth of minting until an epoch of stability when the archival rate process is on par with the minting rate occurs.  The information highlighted in this document can only be considered a primer into the project and as such is in no way indicative of the full product.

Supply of the token

  • 60% Public sale (6,000,000 ARCHV, 1 ETH = 6000 ARCHV)
  • 25% Marketing
  • 10% Burn Rollout
  • 5% Team

Roadmap

  • October 8th:  Whitelist signup
  • October 8-9th:  ETH collection
  • October 9th:  Uniswap Launch
  • October 10th:  Roll out of exchange announcements, website launch
  • October 12th:  End of burn function, launch of farming, forum launch
  • October 30th:  DAPPs, integration with ArchiveTeam

[ARCHV] ArchiveNFT - Presale dans les prochains jours
by

  • 60% Public sale
  • 25% Marketing
  • 10% Burn Rollout
  • 5% Team

Roadmap:
  • 8-9 Octobre: Presale (1 ETH = 6000 ARCHV)
  • 9 Octobre: Lancement Uniswap

Quel language/framework tu as utilisé?

Slt,
ok, ça a l'air intéressant.

A Daily Chart-Based Newsletter Covering Market Trends
by
nakamoyo
on 30/08/2020, 16:51:17 UTC
Newly launched! A unique chart-based newsletter covering blockchain and cryptocurrency market trends. The newsletter is distributed once a day and is intended to be succinct, with no self-promoting narrative or personal opinions.

Why?
Hotnewcrypto is a niche graphical newsletter that is not meant for broad distribution.
While it takes a typical newsletter or a blogger half a dozen paragraphs to make a point, we do it with a chart and a brief commentary to clarify each development. Our objective is to work with a small group of professionals who are interested in a brief unbiased daily overview of global crypto trends. We are not tied to any specific theme or market.

We cover topics that are trending, surprising, and educational – from the latest Central Bank Digital Currencies decision to the current explosion of DeFi. We do not offer investment advice or trading recommendations, and nothing in the newsletter should be interpreted as such.

Feel free to subscribe, get a free trial and read the current issues! https://hotnewcrypto.substack.com/

HotNewCrypto.com | Looking for Suggestions and Ideas
by
nakamoyo
on 01/04/2019, 13:15:54 UTC
Hi, I created hotnewcrypto.com.

I noticed that is difficult to stay up to date easily in the crypto space. More and more new news providers are launched everyday and there are lots of noise, irrelevant and fake content.

So I decided to create HotNewCrypto, a website that selects automatically in real-time the top crypto news of the moment from the trustworthy news providers.

You can also join our telegram group and our bot will notified you when a news is relevant to read : https://t.me/joinchat/C1FDMlVf3tEuattYPwta_w

I wanted your suggestions about the value proposition of the website and your ideas about new essential features. Thank you !

What content will be in your Telegram group?
It was stated on the original post that it's all about.

the essential crypto news of the moment

I wish that this telegram group of yours won't change into some pump and dump group channel signals. Because that's what mostly happens with some popular channels, they gather users and members with their own content but on the latter part, the owner decides to shift and puts the channel on sale, will replace the channels name and content after the sale.

Our group will never be a pump and dump channel signals. We launched our website hotnewcrypto.com and the group is a trollbox where members can get notified from the latest news and talk together.

I will add, it would be excellent if the news had a reliable source, remember, this is crypto and when it comes to this,
they can manipulate a lot, thank you very much ..
I've been in several telegram groups of this style, but I discovered that they were not real news,
it would be excellent if each news had its link or source, to have more truth and increase quality.

Our bot in the group posts only the top news in real-time from the most reliable sources.

So is this similar to faws.com or any other crypto news aggregator out there? I've been following faws for almost a year now and so far I like the way they clustered their news. Anyways, I do hope that you have your own website in the future as well, so goodluck in your future endeavors.

Here is a sneak peek of the website : https://i.ibb.co/7zVGBCq/Screenshot-at-Mar-22-6-15-57-PM.png

I've been using faws.com too but don't think it's comparable. We don't feature all the news but only the important ones.

whats the different of this channel? there are thousands of channels like that.whats your sources?if you can give more details people can try. hope you get success.

Sure, thank you for your message.

We have algorithms that clusterize the articles in real time from +20 news providers in order to be notified of the most important news without repetitions (like 5 articles from different news providers talking about the same thing) and without the noise of less important articles. It's a kind of Techmeme.com for crypto.

Today it's a telegram channel with a bot but a website will be up and running this week-end.

I started a telegram group to give members an access to the essential crypto news of the moment but without all the noise of irrelevant or less important articles published each day.

So I would like you to join this group (it’s free forever) in order to stay-up-to-date with the top news and meet other crypto enthusiasts.

It's a great idea and once you've got all definitions added, I could really see this getting quite a few visitors.
I'd focus on adding all definitions for terms that you've already added. I can see that there are quite a few missing still.

Looked at the word 'genesis block' and there's nothing.
Its still on early phase where it would really need takes time for it to be completed since not all words on crypto market will able to add up completely. Ive search up some words and its not being listed yet but suggestions above would really give some add up when it comes to terminologies. This would be a helpful site specially for those who had just recently join crypto.Id always prefer to have that suggested search as Joel said so that user will able to point out directly on the things they would seek on.

Thank you for your feedback, I will add the autocomplete search and more definitions very soon but you can also start to contribute by signing in with Twitter. Everyone can add new words and write definitions Wink

Feel free to give me feedback about the website
  • Get rid of "RECENT ACTIVITY" area (useless).
  • On main page, change the location of "search field" from footer to header.
  • Instead of using your own personal twitter account (on footer area), you might want to create & use a dedicated twitter account.
  • Add filters...

Looking forward to this project...

Done ! And filters will be available soon Smiley
