Re: Has the market recovered?

So far, the market has just started a long process of recovery. It will take months, because the fall was too strong! But I think in 2019 everything will be fine

The market has just started a recovery? We are in the recovery for more than half a year and the market cap of crypto has shrunk from 800 to 200 billion. I think the market has been almost bleeding to death by now.

At the moment, investments in ICOs bring big losses to investors. That's why I carefully choose projects for investment. If you have experience, then you will be able to find good projects.

I read an article today that stated that 99% of ICOs in the first half of 2018 traded below ICO price once they hit an exchange and only 7% ever to one. I do not wanna now how H2 looks like. The first half of the year was golden compared to now!

Re: Your smartest move up till now
by

My smartest move up till now is the quickest and the eagerness to have knowledge about cryptocurrency.
My smartest move would have to be me always doing a lot of research into coins before putting money into it. It does not matter to me how legit a project might look on the surface, I would always dig dipper to find out exactly what kind of project it is and I have to say, doing so has kept me from falling for a lot of scam projects so that is my smartest move.

I think everyone would benefit to did a little bit deeper just beneath the surface. Do you mind sharing what kind of information you look for before you make a call to invest in a project or rather walk away?

Re: How to learn cryptocurrency day trading!
by

on 31/08/2018, 19:15:00 UTC
Hello everyone.

I have tried day trading couple of times and that didn't go well, I am looking for some tutorials or books which can teach me about day trading and I wanna know how traders understand the graphs for trading.
Yeah I've googled it but didn't find that much good info, so I'm trying to hear from you guys who might have tried different processes.
My advice is look for videos because trading videos will be much easier for anyone to understand than to read many books although reading books will help you learn eveey single details that emphasize the main idea in trading. Books is also frwe to download just search it in google.

Yes that makes totally sense, I looked at some books but they were very dry and videos can make this a lot easier to digest. Do you have some videos/authors in mind that you could share? That would be very helpful.

Yep, I've lost a hell lot since Jan but still work fine. I do staking and hunting for low/micro caps, those coins pump everytime and don't care about btc, also arbitrage with crypscan helped me a lot

I am also hunting for small caps but I was not able to find anything that pumped since January except some weird coins like Weed/Jesus/Bible coin. Maybe I missed out something, do you have a few examples?

No doubt that crypto has a great future. Crypto is a digital currency. Its good if banks also exchange crypto. Banks have their own rules and regulations. We can exchange our crypto in real money.

Yes I agree, banks should not be seen as opposed to crypto rather institutions that are part of the ecosystem. Without banks accepting to function as a fiat gateway then our crypto would be limited to spend on certain online shops that accept it.

Thanks, I understood that now, I think it works similiar like NEO paying GAS when you have the token on the exchange or in a wallet. I heard that you need to move Pundi to a neo-token compatible wallet if you want to get the bonus in the future, correct?

Based on what can X200 be? None of the big investors will buy this coin due to its poor statistics. I think it will be very good if people who have invested earlier will be able to get at least X3 on the bull market.

What statistics do you talk about? Do you really believe big investors only look at price development? Real investors look at the status of the product development, the market size, competitors, etc. Regarding these Pearl is ahead of most altcoins, just have a look at the github that is very active compared to other projects. The market size Pearl is targeting is huge so this is what matters for big investors.

Someone wrote that this is pump and dump? Actually that was wrong as the price stabilized next day and today it went up again more than 20%. Dead looks different to me. Besides that, for me it‘s more important that the project is meeting their milestones, and this project delivers.

Hi friends,
I invested approx. $3000 in project PundiX 4months back. Its price rises 10X folds from there. I am receiving dividend on my investment since last 4months and I already received more than my investment. But since last month after listing on Binance its price fall every day and now only 3X fold from my investment.I am not losing but regular fall in price is frustrating. PundiX is backed by dedicated team and good product.Anyone else invested in this project and want to share views.Welcome.....

what do you mean with dividends for your investment? I know dvidends only from the stock market...

Anyway, this seems like a very interesting project, if I understand it right they develop an interface that enables retailers to easily accept crypto currencies from there customers, right?

why do we need banks, if the Crypto currency was created for convenience. And that would bypass the banks, so that this third party does not exist. What could be paid without any commission there.
This is the reason why cryptocurrency is developing very strongly, but it is also a reason for slower growth as many countries do not want to lose control of the currency from traditional banks. I believe that the use of blockchain technology and the cryptocurrency capabilities of the banks to manage their transactions and financial systems is excellent.

Blockchain is an instrument that banks can use for cross border payments tosafe costs. This is the only aspect banks line about blockchain, overall they have much more to loose than to gain. With Crypto, I am my own bank and banks become increasingly obsolete the more people adopt crypto currencies.

Cryptocurrency adoption is currently 0.2 percent and has been doubling by 100 percent a year. At this rate, the potential and opportunity over the next ten years is vast. Despite some downturns, that kind of growth potential and growth rate shouldn't be overlooked. Major corporations and financial institutions will invest heavily in crypto and thats why it is a great time to stay and hodl

Interesting, I was not aware that the adoption rate is only 0.2% , I would have guessed it‘s higher. Are these number accounting for global adoption? Would be great if you could share the source too?

You can get training from good traders. I went through training, which costs $ 2,500 and started trading on the exchange with minimal losses. If you are interested in the detailed information, you can write me in private messages and I will send you a link to the site of the foundation through which I was trained.

Was this a course primarily target at beginner? I want to improve my trading skills too but don’t want to start with the basics. Would be great if you can share some more and how valuable the training was for you.

the best move of course by having knowledge in crypto. This will help, and also being a lot in addressing the capital that exists in unexpected crypto. the hold is the best thing to do in this kind of crypto conditions and it is the right step of selling on the go in a loss.

I agree, this is still early stage, a lot of people have maybe heard the name bitcoin but never once used it for some kind of payment, let alone for trading or investing in coins or even ICOs.

Last post someone writes everything is falling, now already everything is rising again, probably not for too long though. This seems to be the year of volatility, last year was quiet in comparison

Re: Invest wisely

That's it, that for this you need to have elementary literacy, well, and enough free time). The latter is very often not enough. But the main thing all the same
that is what you need to do, invest wisely because sometimes we forget to think first when there's something that attracted to us, so sometimes we never noticed it caused it to us not good especially to our money. So be wise especially when you do investing or invest wisely because it will avoid us from losing money. Just dont easily attract to those promising ICOs, saying that you can get huge profit because sometimes its scam.

You wrote “Just dont easily attract to those promising ICOs”...and you are not promoting an ICO in your signature? Smiley Yes there are scams but there are scams everywhere in the crypto world unfortunately, scammers are not only in the ICO space.

investing in ICO can bring good profits. just need to find a reliable ICO.

This year was very hard to find reliable or profitable ICO. But in the ones that were very successful we saw typically next generation blockchain. Quarkchain was very successful, Sparkster will probably very successful too and I have no doubt that Metahash will be successful too. But these top projects have been very scarce in 2018.

Important Announcement
The Metahash bounty campaign will be ending once the ICO hits its hardcap!
You can monitor progress in the project's website: https://metahash.org/.
Currently only 1.35% remaining!

I am a bit confused, I saw another post in June that only 1% is missing, is this correct?

I am wondering about people investing in an ICO if it is really worth because base on my obvservation there are many investors on ICO period and i do not know some would always say that investing in an ICO is risky. I would like to get the investors idea directly if they were really successful in their investment  or the haters that say investing in ICO risky is really true. This is also more like a small study for future references that someday i am going to invest in an ICO since i have seen  a great potential in investing on it. Thus, i have seen many discounts offering bonuses and that is the good thing that happen in joining in ICO investments. Hopefully i could get some answers in the forum.

It it not black and white, you need some good research skills in combination with good luck and you might be able to spot the next big thing

At the moment my favourite ICO is SPARKSTER. So many people wanted to get it but few have...will create strong demand when getting listed, at least in my opinion.
