The original idea for this initiative was proposed by our founders, Wojciech Sobczuk and Patrick Gajda. Well basically it doesn't sounds new BUT what this project makes so unique is their plan to stick to easy adoption for non crypto users and reward those with supderbid. They become kinda like side investors cause superbid price is a cryptocurrency bound to the project which includes a burn mechanism.

BUT what you have to keep in mind :

Our initial concept and idea is this (it could change as we progress) — transactions on the final version of the app will be conducted with SuperBid “points” which can be purchased on the app. Our idea is to peg the value of “points” to a percentage of the SuperBid token itself. “Points” will be used for bidding on auctions and raffles within the app. The reason why we want to utilize points is to attract the mainstream — instead of requiring extensive knowledge of how to acquire cryptocurrencies in general, we want a user to be able to purchase “point” packages with their credit cards. For example, I can sign up for a $10 package which will get me 100 “points’’, or a 50$ package which might get me 600 “points”

Our idea is points will be associated with the token supply itself. Our app will be the perfect application of blockchain considering the amount of users that we want to attract and amount of transactions that will be conducted in micropayments out to auctioneers / influencers when a bid is placed or raffle made.
Furthermore, we are thinking about incorporating some cool features such as gamifying the app.

For example, if you hold a certain amount of points and for a certain amount of time, you might be placed in a higher bracket which could give you bonus points or priority in making bids (as a user) / being seen by fans (as an influencer). We like to think of this kind of as a google ad network where the higher bracket which you are in, the higher likelihood you have of winning an auction or going viral within the app, if you are an influencer. We will counter this by allowing users to participate in raffles and perhaps have separate benefits for the “micro” influencers or people that simply want to try out the app just to see if they have potential in growing their following on social media.
Again, these details are being worked out daily. Our first version of the app is being built now. A user will not require any knowledge of blockchain in order to use the first version. As I mentioned, user’s simply will be able to connect a credit card to buy points and then make bids. We will most likely make the app public while it is still in the test phase, so that our community can test it out and provide feedback.

The 800k is due the stealth launch and it is not under the radar atm mostly-marketing and promotions are about to start with the first AmAs and technical previews and Cex will there be soon.

Im optimistic cause I also got in touch with the devs, since i'am one too they use modern tech and are aware of any possible problems, thats unique in my view.

I dont want to shill anybody to go ape into it.

I just want you to notice it as possible consideration and to spread awareness for it (Ill do this for free)

I can feel your thoughts but I'm not on the same opinon.
You can't compare their auction concept with twitch its more like cameo but more community driven.

I cannot share the aspect of restrictions cause they payment ramp up is planned with PayPal to make it frictionless for users

I see it as a opportunity cause you will be able to auction on possible rl assets and NFTs with live mechanics

I was skeptical about that project cause I know that on the crypto sphere such social media apps find mostly a dead end.

I saw that on Udoo and olyseum.

Sooo I took part in the ama to hear the people behind it. I listened to the concept and observed the team dynamics,
