Anyone that participated in the ICO, the TRS option is now open. The TRS will run until one week before official crowd sale before the end of the year which will be announced.

I use Ledger Nano S. I have three of them. Just order a keep key as well.

Don't bother investing in an ICO. Most give substantial presale deals to friends, family and contributors of the project and they don't lock those tokens so typically, the first day of trading, they'll be selling tokens for way less than you would have paid during ICO. There will be exceptions but lately, that seems to be more the rule than the exception.

I have a Nano S and that's the only way I think it can be done because even though it's a single device, the BTC accounts are different and independent of one another. Each with different private keys and public addresses.

I don't know about any group being able to eliminate rival block chains unless they are somehow able to find an exploit. I'm not a block chain pro or coder but I wonder if that's possible as well. Hmmmm
