50Days of refund was accepted still no answer on mails and no money back...
Time to take one lawyer and legal actions? I asked some swiss lawyer and they said me
"To accomplish this (chargeable) individual advice is called for. A first consultation (incl. studying the relevant documents) usually requires 1 h to 1 ½ h; based on an hourly rate of 350 Swiss Francs plus VAT of currently 8%."
I think that we should submit a collective demand and the costs will be less.

Burn them! .. We must start find some lawyer together and pay between all. Any idea to organize it? 37 days after order cancelled and no money/answers to mails.
Same situation here.. My refund form was 'accepted' 1 of april and after 35 days i dont got any money back. The order appear in status cancelled but they dont refund anything. If this week still the same i will find some lawyer, if more people is in the same situation we can find one better lawyer between all to demand a case for all. I want to know if someone got the refund back already or not.

I requested last week the refund of money by wire transfer, they asked for a form send it back filled and no answer by now. Someone got the money back by wiretransfer? How long it taked?
Really i dont belive to much on those of bitmine after that long delays and seriusless...

Jajaja buen punto de vista y quien no arriesga no gana.. espero que salga bien la jugada.. yo pensé en meter algo de fiat pero pensaba que no me daría tiempo ya que hoy se supone que anunciarían algo relevante y el precio se dispararía o caería a 0.

¿Y que mas dará lo que diga la gente? No hay ninguna prueba fehaciente de que sean insolventes o no vayan a devolver los btc. Quizás esos 'megamembers' quiere que la gente venda para conseguir btcs baratos metiendo miedo a la gente. Esto es un 'juego' en el que vale todo..
Si lo arreglan te arrepentirás de no haber aprovechado la oportunidad de conseguir btcs a 100!!

El tema es que esto huele un poco raro, ahora se han cambiado de oficina y los news tan importantes de hoy se han resumido a decir eso..
Lo que esta claro es que esta gente son poco serios para todo el dinero que han ganado, y si los demás exchangers están funcionando este podría hacerlo también sin tener nuestros btc 'secuestrados'.
