if i want to invest 8 eth for example..... can i buy:
1. day... 6 eth
2. day ....2 eth
or I have to invest:
1. day...6.713
2. day...1.287
Day 1 - user fills his max of 6.713ETH
Day 2 - max cap is now 13.426ETH so the maximum the user can send is another 6.713ETH
Day 3 - If you invested 6.713 ETH on day 1 & day 2, you will be able to invest 13.426 ETH on day 3.

Trust, basically. Some exchanges won't list a coin if they don't know what is in the wallet code. Also, helps to lend legitimacy to a project if the code can be verified.
But what if someone copy the code and create new coin out of it (clone of cloak) ?

1eth gave 350 pay so was ~0.0004 + 1$ token
wrong... 1eth was 420 pay because there was 20% bonus

I would like to ask - if I join this ico right now and pay for example 500 usd, then i will get 500 tokens, 65000 dimcoins.
Token holders have some benefits like 30% of the fees --can I sell these 500 tokens to some other guy later so he will have the benefits?
Or I can sell only the dimcoins? May be I am stupid but your whitepaper is too complicated !

Yes, you can send the TOKENS to some other guy later and he will get all the benefits from that. Also, there will be no transfer fee for selling TOKENS.
So if I understand it right - I can sell my 500 tokens ( and some other guy will have the benefits) but I will still have my 65000 dimcoins?

I just checked about 20 transactions for the ICO, none of them used the recommended 130k gas and 50gwei price, they all at least used 60gwei up to 1000gwei. So once again those who followed instructions to the letter, got fucked. I even saw a few transactions where the fee was above 100$, one fucking hundred dollars for an ETH transaction, not an ERC token contract send, just a simple tx..sick
yes, it sucks, this topic can be closed, money are collected and tenx team is not answering questions anyway so....

Even though we had to wait in CIVIC everybody got his tokens 
Pretty bad ICO, oh well, what do they care - they got their money.
Of course, CIVIC was the only ICO I was interested in that I didn't try to buy into! >__< Glad to know at least one company knows how to run a token sale professionally. Pretty bad ICO, oh well, what do they care - they got their money.
Like I said..Tenx is not fair play company for me because they are giving you misleading tutorials how to contribute, but in reality you cant invest.

...............We will sell a maximum of 200,000 ETH worth of PAY tokens or equivalent in other currencies. This corresponds to a maximum of 20,000,000 PAY tokens, which in turn represent 51% of all tokens.
I dont understand it....if 1ETH=350 pay.....isnt it 200 000x 350 = 70 000 000 ( + 20% bonus).......but you wrote that 20 000 000 pay is max .........
