Hey ninja, I've been trying to contact you for a while now, I am trying to get my expedited shipping that I ordered situated with the 3 orders I made, may I get an answer of how this may be settled?

I had my 1.5BTC order #269, and then  I made my order for 1.45BTC #281 so you said you would combine the orders to each other and keep the priority with the first 1.5BTC order. Then I made a third order with expedited shipping #319.

I am wanting to add the order #319 to order #281, and then switch the expedited shipping for my order #269, or just get refunded for order #319's expedited shipping, because since it hasn't the priority of the other two orders, with expedited shipping it would maybe end up coming in after the first two orders even though it is expedited.  Or worst comes to worst, switch the expedited shipping to order #281 1.45BTC, and combine orders #269 and #319 together so order #319 receives the priority that of order #269.

It has been a while of trying to get a hold of you and I know you have a full time job so I was hoping a response by the night, but am hoping we can figure this out before you start shipping at least.

Thank you and sorry for the hassle.

Can i get an answer greaterninja

Shiunsai, holy hell man.  Smiley   2 lines would have sufficed .
I think I fixed it how you wanted  #319 is with #281, and I moved the expedited from #319 to #269.  so #319 is complete and is with #281 now.

lol that indeed sounded complicated. web admin has worked his magic Smiley

Hello all,
I will be ordering a unit Friday when my BTC get deposited.
2 questions.
-What else will I need besides Power supply? What is the most efficient/best one to get? I've read this thread and a few keep getting suggested. Feel free to share a link.
-What else will I need to have ready when this arrives to get up and running? Is there a support thread that I may have missed. I know Ninja is busy so I don't want to bother them things I can read about.  Thanks for the help.

Hi Helnick,

I don't know if you are still looking, but I made this Google doc for set-up of the Antminer PSU kit.

https://docs.google.com/document/d/155UOVTLYBcNRWTDKAkLLStFbpCMv0eK4f1gkNoyRiZ0/view

If you buy a standalone miner, you would need to get a 500+ watt psu and jumper wire on your own. Hope that helps.

opsgurl - great tutorial - kudos to you  Grin

Peace.

Thanks man! we had a lot of set-up questions from customers, mostly due to configuring network settings. Anyone can let me know if there is something that needs to be clarified or added to the doc thanks Smiley

Why would customs seize perfectly legal and duty free computer parts ?

The trick is to put correct and specific information on the customs forms (business name and tax id). We did have an issue where our supplier counterparts forgot to input this info so our shipment was held at US port of entry. Not to worry! We have gained experience in this aspect and should be more smooth sailing from here.

Hey,

I just ordered two of these but I didnt get the kit as I allready have psus... The only other thing I see in the kit is jumper cables? Is this all I will need and are these just jumpers to connect two power pins on the boards?

thanks

Hey AndrewK,

Just in case you were still wondering, yes, all that is needed is a jumper wire or cable to connect the green and black pins on the 24-pin power cable like this:

Then, connect the 2 PCI-e cables, turn the unit on, browse to the IP address represented on the sticker of your miner and configure mining pools.

I've been moving all weekend, so apologies about the brief wait in response.

Thanks to all of our customers that have been patient with our efforts. We really value your support Smiley

Hello, I am a new bitcointalk member, working with greaterninja locally on the extremely small NinjaTech team. As we grow our business, all of us on the team are trying to satisfy high demand for product and customer requests. Please understand that we take customer support very seriously and that we are still just a start-up business that began a few weeks ago. Most of us are still working our full-time jobs at the moment. We will try to respond to queries, comments and complaints as soon as we can and please feel free to continue giving us suggestions to improve our business value to all of you. Overall, it has been a very dynamic learning experience for all of us here at NinjaTech and we are proud to serve the local community and North American market.

Additionally, I am completing a move to the Bay Area this weekend to join this BTC network there and be the NinjaTech Bay Area link. It should be exciting to get involved with the community there. Thank you all for you time and business.
