yes.. you can do it in your phone's web browser. this is not an app. or maybe they will consider?
Theres too much complications going on iOS and Android, so far well focus on improving the web experience on various devices.
Since this just started last month, it's okay to start in web since it's easier and not limited to the interested users. everyone has a phone browser so everyone can access their playing site.. unlike if it's an app.
I'm not familiar with the minimum amount of betting in fiat, but I know a crypto gambling platform where you can invest and play with the most minimum amount you can. i think this one lottoshi.io just check.. haven't really deep dive into it

This address has about 1037 eth as reflected on the prize. Seems they really have the funds for the lottery winner.

Lots of partnerships has happened so far, I can say that PUNDI is what I like the most because it makes the transaction of farmers to use their points easier.
You're right PUNDI X brings their X POS systems to rural Indonesia to bring financial inclusions to unbanked farmers they may find it in HARA accredited kiosks with a ratio of 1 device per 200 farmers.

I believe that with today's emerging technology can be applied to prosthesis in where in the future, some organs can be replaced by artificial ones therefore increasing the life expectancy of some patients who are amputees or those who are with critical organs.

HARA believes that farmers are the backbone of the economy and helping farmers will eventually lead to better food quality and prices which will lead to a stable development in the food and agricultural sector
