Hit capacity and listing some of my machines. This machine is only 3 months old. Its a A1246 87TH unit. No issues, runs fine. Located in Las Vegas NV. Bought it new in Feb 2022 for $8000. Asking $6100 Shipped to USA or OBO. Can do escrow or however you'd like.

Hi, I have a A1246 87TH and trying to use this command for the static fan setting and it just sits on the "running command" progress bar. I also tried the Aging tab and prior, the machine ran at 75TH on normal mode, and 88TH. Now it is showing 88TH in normal mode. Thoughts?
Did you include the bold tag? Remove it just like this below

About 88th in normal mode how did you know if it's running at normal mode? Usually, you can check it on API logs under WORKMODE if it's 0(normal) or 1(performance).
And if you choose a normal mode on the pool configuration it doesn't mean it will run in normal mode it will still automatically run at performance mode if your temp is running at a cooler temp.
Is there a way to make this permanent?

Correct it was the bold stuff I didn't take out. Normal mode was observed from the configure screen showing normal selected and Log workmode=0, it is stable at 76TH now in normal at 59c temps fan at 65%.

Try to refresh the miner's ASIC chips through the FMS tool you can download it from this link below
- https://canaan.io/wp-content/uploads/2020/03/FMS_V2.3.3_Windows.zip
And then look for the aging tab and select any hashboard with high ASIC chip temp.
If it still overheating manually set the fan speed to 100% to test if it can help to cool down those chips
can you send the command for autotuning of chips, my one chip is exceeding 120c mark and voltage is around 338, although miner is working good at 82th stable.

To set the fan speed you must have the FMS tool and then go to diagnostic and put this command below
Fan-spd,90 it's a fan speed with 90% you can replace it with 80% or 100% to try if it fixes the issue.

Ckpool ignores anything in the password field. It only works with cgminer that supports the suggest-diff option directly. There's no need to adjust diff manually anyway, the pool will slowly choose what's best for you.Thank you for the info.

How was it able to submit such high WU , worker utility? Was there a diff setting used? Looks great.
Difficulty adjusts from the pool side to keep your miner submitting shares based on your hashpower. My rig was set at Kano's recommended difficultly of 442.
Apologies if there is any misinformation feel free to correct me.
On an antminer pw field, would that be mindiff=442 ?

I have a few S17+ 73Th units. I am able to find and display the menu, make the edits for the voltage and freq to appear. However upon save they never stick. Any ideas?

Update fixed. Both stratum I was using were dead, went to another pool host and it worked bit only after 20 min on the stock antpools. Figured this out by repeating test.

Today for no known reason my S9 wouldn't spool up after 45 min it wouldn't load and start hashing. It has been working fine for a month. It was new never used sealed in box. I reflashed firmware with keep settings to 2017 firmware. Same after 45 min. I did sd card t9+ recovery, flashed 2017 firmware unchecked keep settings and it spools up In the usual 5 minutes but to the stock antpool addresses.
When I change the pool addresses it goes back to hanging for 45+min. When I reflash and uncheck keep settings it fires right up. Change pools and hangs.
Any ideas?

Thanks guys. Appreciate the help. Yeah, this S9 was brand new sealed, just plugged it in this week and getting higher than expected stats I've been mining with many L3's for a while. Just wasn't used to seeing that many discarded shares. So far today, 11 hours on, 2575 accepted and 19530 discarded with a 4.3 utility and 115HW.
I understand the machine working on stuff that is already been solved/old news is discarded. Didn't know what to expect.
