I believe what they are trying to tell you is to login from an IP address that is not masked by Cloudflare, not that you have to use the exact same IP that you made a withdrawal from. If you are using something like Private Relay on Safari, or Microsoft Edge’s built in VPN, it will give you an IP address from Cloudflare.
If there is something on your device or browser that might be changing your IP address, you can try disabling it to see if it solves your problem, otherwise, it might be something in Nitrobetting’s Cloudflare configuration that is causing your IP to be converted into a Cloudflare IP.
This is exactly what I have in mind when I read through the opening post and the screenshots of chat between OP and their live support. OP, by requiring you to login through original IP, I am sure to a great degree that it was their polite way to ask you to disable VPN and access them with your real IP.
I've been contemplating on the possibility of dynamic IP situation while reading through your second screenshot album when you confirmed on later paragraph. If you never use VPN, and those IP changing is purely due to dynamic system that your ISP adopt, I'll strongly suggest you to try to sort this miscommunication with their live support, see if we can get this resolved by making both parties be on the same page.
I made this thread mostly because their live support showed so much arrogance towards me in that case and just 2 days earlier.
I placed pre-match bet on CS2 game, match was already finished and asked them if they can settle bets and informed them that offer is still listed up on their service with wrong date. They told me that settlement takes up to 24hours and that 2 official sources are needed however it was already 2 days after so I provided them 2 officials sources and they told me they don't settle it because I bet on other match and match that was still listed in their offer is different match however it was same match, there wasn't any other league or team with same names, nitro just simply scheduled it later somehow, and on the next day after their offer was expired my bet got settled.
It was not a big thing, I didn't have problem with waiting 3 days for settlement but when someone trying to tell me I bet on different match which is pure lie and later that my account is not disabled and everything is fine with it when I can't simply not login from uncovered connection, it just shows how unbelievable arrogant is their support towards customers..
I belive my account is just disabled by them and they just don't confirm it.
I can't still not log in from my phone using mobile data, also I can't login from PC using wifi ( I'm not using VPN )
Why they did not block access while registration or while playing there for over month but just after requested withdrawal? I'm pretty sure I could just create another account from same IP that is "blocked by cloudflare" without problem but still not login from old however I don't want to test it because they could accuse me for multi accounting...
