the encryption in the Pareto Network was made to give confidence that the company doesn't receive information first, this has the side effect of making the Pareto Network also unable to discriminate on the contents of information

The content creators have to figure out what resonates with the network to obtain the maximum yield. This is no different than formatting something in the relevant way for an ebay listing, or a craigslist post, if you do it wrong then nobody will pay attention to it.

For some time, we will be subsidizing selected content contributors from our company treasury, as they learn how to provide the best information

Also, do note that people will always be adjusting their rank, so some ranking adjustments may actually be frivolous and unrelated to the quality of the information, yet result in the content contributor being paid

"Prediction markets rely on the wisdom of the crowd, promoting a binary side
bet that something will or will not happen, or that opposites will happen. It is
meant to aggregate all available information to determine what team will win,
who will win an election, and other forms of binary events. The purpose is to
create a limited incentive for people to put money behind a decision they
believe in. The limitation comes from both the kinds of information that can
be applicable to a prediction market, and the information available to the crowd
to begin with. Finally, markets may not form at all outside of the biggest events

such as in the options markets and in elections, yet prediction markets do not

that action improves their ranking on the Pareto leaderboard and allows those
people to get the next information disclosure sooner."

Quality of content is determined by how much other people rewarded it. If the content is valuable then people will reward it after the fact (increases rank), because this allows them to get the more content sooner (increased rank = content faster).

The system looks at number of Pareto owned, the average length of time they've been owned, and how often they have rewarded content contributors

The last variable is the most important to the ranking. A user can get an exponentially higher ranking from rewarding than compared to just buying a bunch of Pareto tokens.
