I am not entirely sure myself what they really mean, but I think they are suggesting that I have worked together with Betsoft and manipulated the results.

They only responded once to my Askgamblers complaint and this is what they said:

On numerous facts we have established a relationship between several players and the gaming provider Betsoft Gaming. Since this is not an isolated case, it can't be a coincidence. For these reasons your game in the casino is recognized as fraudulent. So we have a serious reason not to trust this gaming provider, which led to a complete shutdown of their games from our casino! You will not be dedicated on details of this case.
I am sure you understand what is going on and we are extremely negative attitude to any fraudulent activity in our casino, don't think that the obvious coincidences will remain unnoticed and you can cheat casino.


They are talking like I already know everything and that it is obvious that I have cheated the casino. This is of course not true. I'm just a normal player and I have never had any kind of connection with Betsoft. I have no idea who those other players are, or what I have done to be a part of this.

And as far as I know, most other Direx N.V casinos still have Betsoft games available, so I don't know why Space casino has such a big problem with them.

How did the casino get cheated? What did I do to be a part of it? And if the games originality can be verified, then how is it even possible to cheat?

It would be great if Space casino could answer those questions.

While we are talking about originality of games and fraud accusations, I would like to share my own experience with Space Casino.

It goes back to a couple of months ago. I registered, made a deposit and got some wins. Right before I made my first withdrawal I had 2.274 BTC in my balance.

My withdrawal never got processed. My account got closed and the balance was confiscated.
It has been very hard to communicate with Space Casino about it, but I finally found out more about the situation when I posted the following complaint on Askgamblers:

Space Casino accused me of having some kind of relation to the game provider Betsoft Gaming. They said that I as a player, together with the gaming provider, commited some kind of fraud against Space Casino and therefore they closed my account.
I have never heard such a ridiculous accusation and of course I have no connection at all to Betsoft.

It is funny how they can accuse their players of cheating with their own games, when they in this thread a couple of posts ago said that the originality of games can be checked. If the games are fair it should not be possible for the casino or the player to cheat or commit fraud.

So how can they accuse one of their players of cheating when they say that the games are fair and that their originality can be checked? There is a clear contradiction here.
I believe that they came up with this ridiculous accusation just so they could have a reason to not pay me my winnings. It's eihter that, or the games can actually be manipulated and if that is the case then Space Casino can manipulate them too.

I would like to hear an explanation from Space Casino regarding the contradiction between their statements.
