Now the price of Bitcoin is 10950$ and it continue to grow. I think it is very good time for listing and it is not good idea to wait because during this time a lot of new coins will appear and competition only increase.

That is why miners do not trust the coins without listing. They start mining the coin only when coin is listed on the exchanges.

As for me I think that any token need an exchange. And the more exchanges token has the better is for the developing of token ecosystem.

In good project evething must be good - product, team. Only a good and experience team can create a good product. And I agree that product can show how experience is a team.
