I have not had a chance to try Bitfloor yet, but I did finally get bitcoins through btcquick. I like their business model.

Just to follow up, I finally got my BC. However, the amount did not reflect BC prices at the time of purchase, and I was still charged a handling fee. As far as I am concerned, I was just charged a penalty for using a service that does not operate as advertised, and waited almost two weeks for that privilege.

I would absolutely 'bear with you', except that this is the 5th time in a row over the last 3 months where I have had to send multiple emails to get my coins, and that is not how I prefer to do business. That is not 'instant', or professional, and indicates to me that there are far deeper issues. Fortunately, I have other options available, and will utilize those instead.

I put in an order Wednesday, emailed tech support on Thursday, and have heard nothing. Is anyone else having issues? I understand sometimes things take a while, but this is the first time it has taken more than 24 hrs, and the first time tech support has not responded at all.
