Simply Cryptocurrency launched on June 19th, 2020. To date, our project has been developed without any funding from investors or crowdfunding so we have learned a lot through trial, error and pivoting as needed. The Simply Cryptocurrency token has been newly listed on an exchange based in Switzerland as of this week! We also have a presence in Vietnam, Hong Kong, Estonia and we have pending opportunities! An exchange in Nigeria would connect the PCTO token to the Nigerian Naira and an exchange in South Korea would connect the PCTO token to the South Korean won. We are currently looking to sustain and develop what it is we have thus far. We also have a possible partnership developing in the DeFi space. Market Support, Airdrops & Trading Competitions
We plan on supporting every market in every region which would create market stability while conducting our final airdrops in the Far East with a reserve for more in the event a new exchange opportunity along with conducting a new trading competition in South Korea, a hotbed for cryptocurrency.

The Launch of our Dapp & Mobile App
We are developing our mobile app and dapp (which is short for decentralized app) which will house Simply Cryptocurrency and the exhaustive course in development called “Simply Cryptocurrency+”. The platform itself will be called “PerceptGrow”, a place where people from all over the world can grow their knowledge and connect with other students of cryptocurrency. Lastly, a video bounty would be available to users who can create valuable content in their native language as we plan on being serving a global user base! Stay tuned!

In regards to funding, Simply Cryptocurrency is connected to a larger vision of a company. The team wanted to ensure the token was available to not only our audience but to all of the cryptocurrency markets. Exchanges expressed interest in listing the token and it’s been off to the races ever since! Our parent company is awaiting further investment so the Simply Cryptocurrency token is a not a funding mechanism but rather a utility token connected to our developing platform and courses. It’s an instrument for people who are new to cryptocurrency as well as for those who find long term interest in the project and desire to support by holding PCTO tokens.

You are entitled to your opinion. I will provide clarity regarding misinformation or missteps regarding your statements:

1. The total supply is 100,000,000,000. The circulating supply is the following: an airdrop, which will explain why exchanges show a selling volume, as well as 10% being donated for the sake of empowering people in South Africa. We as a team have given much more than we have taken or liquidated. This is a fact. The large supply is set as such due to the nature of education and how our utility token will be leveraged upon the launch of our platform.

2. The exchanges are starting points with many more on the way that are in the works.

3. The ICO pivot came due to interest from exchanges so we decided to forgo and use marketing efforts to simply make users aware of our presence on exchanges.

4. We are a business outside of the utility token so our course, which took time and resources to create, is for a price. But even with that, we have offered free sessions. We even did a 24 hour stream session where people were able to view our entire course for FREE! To date, over 3000 people have been impacted by our course. We release free videos for people. The price comes as people are interested in lifetime access. Our platform upon being completed will be free and our revenue will come from ads and premium content.

5. We are catering to a market of people who are not yet familiar with cryptocurrency and we are committed for the long haul with many plans to scale our ecosystem to provide real world impact.

First, BitcoinTalk is the launching pad for all things cryptocurrency and due to the legendary nature of this forum, it was one of the first places that Simply Cryptocurrency stopped. The reason for the ICO, which we didn't go forward and simply decided to launch on exchanges, is for the sake of creating community, awareness and having the ability to develop on our own terms.

Regarding your sarcastic / disrespectful allegations:

I am the founder of Simply Cryptocurrency. I have been within inner city communities teaching, impacting and changing things for the betterment of lives for years, since 2008. Firstly, thank you for calling it noble! I've been an independent educator since 2013 and I see the need for it in every faucet of industry but especially in the space of cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology. It's needed yet many do not do it.

The need for funding comes from the fact that funding sources are not in abundance concerning a platform such as the one being developed and this is only one piece of a larger ecosystem. Simply Crypto as a platform is a the door, the token is the key and the course is the knob.

In regard to financial stewardship, the funds would be used in the following ways (which are mentioned in the Black Paper):

"The Simply Crypto token roadmap takes place in three phases.

Phase I - Offer of Donation, Airdrop, Tithe & Development (2020)
Simply Cryptocurrency will focus on educating, empowering and engaging our community and will leverage the utility token, PCTO, which will power our digital education hub that will launch Q2 of 2021. The PCTO token will be available for bonuses between May 21st, 2020 and August 21st, 2020. For early users who purchase Simply Crypto educational courses, they will receive 100,000 PCTO tokens as long as they have proof of purchase. A social airdrop as well as a bounty will be available. While the PCTO is offered, development will continue to further refine the output of its vision. The goal as it relates to exchanges is to have PCTO placed on at least one reputable and safe exchange before August 21st, 2020. Lastly, the “Tithe” portion of the entire token fund, which means “a tenth”, will be given to LIV Village, a South African village for orphan and vulnerable children, to aid in educational development regarding cryptocurrency. The “Tithe” portion from the development budget will go toward American programs and organizations that are based in minority communities for the sake of aiding in educational development regarding cryptocurrency. American recipients will be announced on August 21st, 2020.

Phase II - Content Creation & Expansion (2021)
Job creation will take place as qualified translators (who speak Mandarin, Zulu, Spanish and French) as well as high quality film makers / editors for content creation will be needed. Upon exchange placement, the PCTO token will expand in media presence, potential holders and users of the Simply Crypto platform.

Phase III - Platform Launch (2021 - 2022) ( + )
No later than Q2 of 2021, the educational hub of Simply Crypto will launch on mobile app stores and as a web app for free. The platform will offer premium courses as well as leverage ad revenue to keep costs low, with the hopes of completely eliminating cost for users other than for premium courses. PCTO token holders will receive special incentives, discounts and free materials. The goal is to scale the user base of Simply Crypto to 1,000,000 by the end of 2021, based on aggressive marketing and partnerships with coding labs, companies and inner city community programs throughout various markets in the United States as well as far abroad, starting with expansion in South Africa."

Lastly, in reference to the token rate:

The rate is such where it will do two things: attract the right people to support and hold and utilize the token as well as be used to create actual jobs. People speak on how education does not get proper funding and this platform that will be built (regardless of the ICO) will serve not only users but also instructors who can speak in their native language to their audience in culturally responsive ways.
