Merci frumos.
"Clar" era cu referire la ce ai scris tu acolo , legat de firma locatie etc.

Romana e o bitch, deci repet "Clar , teapa 99.9998%"

Buna ziua, ma numesc Andreas Zabari, fondatorul BitcoinxRomnaia. Inca suntem la inceput si comentariile voastre ne ajuta la dezvoltarea serviciilor. Inteleg grijile voastre si am raspuns la threadul pe forum (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1005256.msg10913869#msg10913869). BitcoinXRomania lucreza pe infrastructura Crypto Next (https://cryptonext.net/?page=aboutUs#theCompany), din Insula Man, Marea Britanie. Afacerile cu bitcoin, inclusiv "exchanges", sunt regularizate in Insula Man (http://www.coindesk.com/isle-of-man-introduces-regulation-for-bitcoin-businesses/). In timpul respectiv, in Romania nu exista legislatura necesara.

Please proceed with caution.
I am always afraid of the Romanians when it comes to money business, I can not trade $1 with them again and this is from my bad experience.

I am always over cautious on doing money business with anyone. Maybe that's because I'm from Romania.
If you are careful enough, the chances to get burnt fall dramatically.

Yes of course you have to be careful especially when dealing with finances, this is true all around the world and not only Romania.

noel57 you refer in general I suppose and not specific to BitcoinXRomania. The goal is to put back trust on the Romanian market, even if this is a long term undertaking.

Sorry this is the Romanian link https://cne.bitcoinxromania.com/login.php?lang=rou
I agree with you thats why we will open in Romania, but the exchange will continue to run on the Crypto Next platform under Isle of Man regulation (more info on regulation here http://www.coindesk.com/isle-of-man-introduces-regulation-for-bitcoin-businesses/), I believe that it is more reassuring to run under an entity overseen by an authority. If the exchange would be run just by a Romanian company it would be easy to just shut it down, since there is no regulatory framework. Here is some info on Crypto Next https://cryptonext.net/?page=aboutUs#theCompany
Thank you again for the comments as they are constructive on building a better service.

Hi,

I am Andreas Zabari the founder of BitcoinXRomania. Thank you for the comments im0rtel. You are correct about the domain being registered and hosted with godaddy, however that is just the presentation part. The actual exchange is hosted with Crypto Next under https://cne.bitcoinxromania.com. At the time of my first post the site was still work in progress and is still evolving over time. I understand that it will take at least a year to become a credible exchange, that is the reason why I have chosen to work with Crypto Next and use their technical knowledge to build the exchange infrastructure and the other reason being that it is regulated by the Isle of Man. Romania doesn't have any regulatory framework at the moment for bitcoin exchanges to my knowledge, so in my opinion it would be a bad idea to run the exchange as a Romanian entity at this point in time. BitcoinXRomania is still a start up, that is the reason why the domain is registered to my name, however we will open an office in Romania in the near future and focus on raising bitcoin awareness in the country.
