If you're referring to the HR department, it has the potential to, yes. However, our approach is to make advancements progressively guided by our roadmap. We'll see what happens after a few years of PodOne being in production!

It is reliable. As I stated in another reply, we have existing university clients with our parent company - going to leverage this relationship not only to have their call center operations join PodOne but also help build the PodOne University. Also, the ICO starts on Jan 15 2018 - come join us!
