Things to consider before starting a business:
1. What business do you want to have? First you must know what business do you want to have, is it a restaurant, having a boutique, bar, bake shop, etc. Choose the one that you are intersted at. Also know if there will be a market on that type of business. Also consider if there will be possible competitors.
2. How to start the business? Do you have any capital in form of money or facilities?? Does the business that you want suits your budget? What facilities/equipment do you need? Do you have raw materials? Where will you get it?
3. Where will you put up your business? Consider the place where you want to put it. Is it near school?? Chrurch? Or in the market? Always choose the area where people can easily see and recognize your store/shop.
4. Who will be your workers?
And in addition, Prepare your self before starting any business.
1. Upgrade your knowledge. Skills is different to knowledge.
2. Knowledge can be acquire through continuous studying of the specific field or area of specialization. Business is a division of labor, meaning you are not the one who work hard. Let others share their thought and ideas to have a better outcome.
3. Attend seminars related to your business. Let us accept that we are able learn different things everyday. Meaning, we are not perfect to learn all things around us in one shot.
4. Be friendly, fair, good leader, manager, and good worker to everyone to gain respect and successful business as a return.
