Re: Either Bitcoin will end or we will be at the peak of inflation

I see where you're going. People that have the opinion telling that bitcoin might come to an end has some agenda with the altcoins that they're supporting.

There's no need for you guys to say that bitcoin might end and your altcoins will be uplifted just for that sake.

It is possible that we can see Shiba Inu coin to be traded against USD at 1:1 ratio.
Come on, that's not going to happen. Check the supply limit of it. It's the law of supply and demand as always.
Maybe you are right with that because at the end of his sentence he mentioned the meme coin shiba inu but how come that shiba inu can be valued at 1 dollar a piece when the inflation peaks? He said btc will be dead the moment it happens and other cryptos will end up on the same path. But let say they won't be dead and they will still remain.

The only negative effect that the inflation can cause to them is that their value will fall off drastically, more with those meme coins like shiba inu. Op forgot to add vice versa on his title. Inflation is the one that will end and not bitcoin's and when that happens, bitcoin's value will now be on its peak.

Re: Good time to buy?
by

If we know bitcoin a few years ago when the price was still cheap of course we regret not buying and selling now, but this is an important lesson that the bitcoin trend will continue to rise so that by buying now we must hold for the long term so we don't repeat the mistake same time, now is the time to invest and in a few years we will harvest.
No doubt, if we just knew what will happen we all buy when the price still cheap, it's even free back then.

But that's past and we should not dwell with that anymore and start thinking for our future, if we do believe that it can increase for more

best to buy and hold your asset now and wait till it reach the value that you target to sell your coins.

Keep in mind that the timing is always going to depend from how you understand the market flows. No accurate time frame but with how

you trust your investment.
Bitcoin is almost free back then because its starting price was only just a cent. There are also people that gives away free bitcoins only for someone to test them out. That's completely different from the current time because btc now is more valuable and almost all people keep their btc in a secure place.

No one wants to give them for free anymore for no real reasons however there are still btc faucets which you can use but the drop rate is not generous anymore, that is understandable because again btc is now more valuable. It is said that the price of btc is going be expensive in the future so buying can still be a good thing to do.

Re: Fuel prices hitting an eight year high
by
pokeronlinestatus
on 25/03/2022, 18:42:25 UTC
The situation I believe is currently hitting almost every country due to sanctions impose on Russia and hence causing supply shock.
here in my country due to the hike in price of fuel recently though we're one of the oil blessed nation, it has drastically increased the price of transportation and base on past experiences, whenever the price of fuel is increased in my country it usually affects the price of goods and commodities , so this price hike has even worsen the case here coupled with the current inflation ravaging the Economy. But all this for my view is coinsidently happening to help shift the world's dependency on fossil fuel and into Greener energy they have been advocating for years now.
The post of the OP was before the war and there were no sanctions that happened that time but now that there is, it worsens the situation making the price of the fuel triple'd or more. Do you live in a country where the oil supply are sufficient? that must be in India? because it's said that India is the second largest supplier of oil next to Russia, and after them would be Iraq/Iran but why would the price will hike there when your one of the suppliers?

Price should be in normal range only or can be lower but the effects of the sanction are not only limited to oil, that's why we also feel an increase in the price of the primary goods and others items.

What would make him sell his Bitcoin? This is someone that has a lot of money to spare and if he invest in Bitcoin he doesn’t care whether the price is going up on or down. So, he’s definitely going to keep his investment rather than selling it, because that is definitely going to worth more than it is today in the next few years to come.

And even in the next few years to come if he shouldn’t see the need for him to sell it because he has a lot of money, then he’s still going to continue holding his bitcoins as part of the assets that he owns rather than just selling it. I also don’t have any plans to sell all my bitcoins, although I did sell part of it to take profit when the price was high.

We have to believe that all nations will eventually see the benefit of crypto one day and they will get these type of supportive laws in place. It doesn't mean that we will have to wait decades for it, it is already starting and there are some who already do it.

All we have to do is wait a big longer, when big nations do not care about crypto, they do not make good enough laws about it neither, but when smaller ones grow to be bigger thanks to crypto, bigger nations like China and the USA will have to put supportive laws as well otherwise they will be left behind. They need it to keep their power over the world and keep being world powers.

This game cements that Liverpool is definitely in the ring with City. Same games right now, and just 1 point difference and that is HUGE I agree with that. I believe that City could lose points even before LFC game, against burnley and I know that sounds unlikely but it looks like they are getting more and more scared every day. Losing like 5 poins in 5 games is not something City does but they did it already.

I feel like a tie or a loss is on the way. If not, LFC will be fighting very hard against City, the game will be Etihad so City is a bit more relaxed about it, they have the advantage but it is going to be such a horrible and strong game.

Re: Where is SHIB coin going?
by

on 17/03/2022, 05:22:32 UTC
If we talk about meme coins, indeed the two coins between Doge and Shiba can be considered successful,
but if you look at it as a whole and compare it with the top three coins you mentioned, of course Doge and Shiba have a greater risk,
it is too risky to hold meme coins long term and better to trade short term
Don't know if I will agree when you say the two meme coins are successful because to me a successful coin means that it deliver its purpose and all people embraced it. IDK if what is the purpose of meme coins, maybe they promised to be a better payment system but they are not successful with that because people don't take them seriously and use them on a different purpose. Not all people likes them too but most hates them.

Shiba and doge coin are only lucky because they are not yet delisted on the exchanges up until now. There are still risk even if we invest in the top 3 coins mentioned above and their risk can depend if how much you invest or if you have a lack of knowledge on how crypto investing/trading works.

Have been looking for the most viable altcoin of the the week, as we are all aware of the deep that is currently happening in the entire cryptocurrency market, Bitcoin is my most preferred choice at the moment but am also looking for Alt that I can invest in for a long term basis that will offer me a passive profits in the long run.
Why don’t you just go straight and invest in Ethereum? Bitcoin is a very good cryptocurrency and a good choice to make for investment, and the only cryptocurrency that comes close to Bitcoin is Ethereum, and the devs are also releasing some new updates in the future that would also make ETH to be far much better than what it is today.

So, if you’re looking for a better altcoin to invest in, then it’s definitely going to be good to make this one of your choices. By the way, even if you don’t invest in any altcoins, I believe you are still good with your investment in Bitcoin, because it is still going to keep growing.

It is simply just misunderstanding that you guys had. What should be said is the fact that if you are ever going to gamble, know that the biggest possibility is you will lose your money. What can you do about this? Just focus on depositing a limited amount and do not deposit again for that period, I do that for years now, deposit 50 bucks per month and do not change that number, if I lose it on day one then I do not gamble at all for the whole month, if I end up winning then withdraw 50 bucks and use that for next month and lose the earnings.

This way you would have entertainment, lose a lot less money, be in control and you can still have fun while gambling without worrying about what will happen. Obviously it is not great to know that you will lose all of your money as the biggest chance, but at least you would be ready for it when that happens.
That is exactly what he was saying, if you could have a controlled gambling instead of an addiction then it would be great. Definitely chasing it makes no sense, if you are good at something then stop and do not gamble it too much but at the end of the day there is really nothing that would be impossible to do in gambling, you could lose a million dollars and have zero or you could start with nearly zero and have a million dollars.

Obviously that is not something that we could be certain about and we all know how unlikely it is to reach there but at the end of the day it is not impossible and that is why people gamble. Chasing your dream in gambling is risky, but if you are not addicted and controlling your bankroll, it is one of few ways to get wealthy in span of few days.
Anyone who has been around long enough to realize that gambling is not something that is as easy as picking apples would tell you that it has different affects on people. For example you can gamble with limited amount of money to keep yourself from gambling more, while someone else may add more and more deposit on it because they can't stop themselves from gambling, or someone else may put money in like you but do not even care enough to gamble and just dislike it and maybe withdraw without playing too much since they found it boring.

It is not just one stop shop, everyone has different games they like as well, I may fall into slot trap and not get out for years, but dislike sports betting all together and not find it funny. All these variations means that every single person is different when it comes to gambling and will not have the same reactions.

Re: Gold or Bitcoin
by

I do not get why people are still in need of something like this, why would you ask if gold or bitcoin? I mean why would you have this kind of question in your mind in 2021?

It is obvious that gold is not the choice because it is actually quite simple to choose between them because there is really nothing that you should worry about if you buy bitcoin as well, gold is too small and it doesn't give you any benefit at all and it shouldn't really be something you want, who would want 1% a year or something, it is really small and people are quite happy about getting that tiny amount of profit yearly with gold, nobody should be getting any sort of tiny profit from this. At the end of the day bitcoin brings you a lot money and it is a much much much better version of gold as well, there is nothing to compare between them considering how much bitcoin is better.

btw, i just saw this:

now that's a special alright, give me more of these  Grin

+1

I'd die to see specials like the one listed above, not something you normally put in your betslip, it's different, it's refreshing with really attractive odds. Not the boring 4-legged ML specials with 5% boost to back up "heavy" favorites, nah thanks. Anyway, di Maria and Icardi both had decent chances to score before the 19.59 mark, and the challenge against Mbappe was, of course, an inch short of being a penalty... it took them 5 minutes to take the goddamn free-kick. Oh, well...lol

It was still a good day for me, my bigger stake/low odds ticket hit, as well as my micro stake/ high odds one. Let's see if i can lose some of my gains with NBA prop bets.  Cheesy
I have been gambling on sports for over 13 years now, obviously very small amount and obviously like once or twice a month which means I never lost too much but never won too much neither, biggest I have ever gambled was 72 dollars and biggest I have ever won (same bet that I spent 72 dollars on) was 770 dollars, so it is quite comprehensive for me to understand these.

What is the fun in this? At the same exact hour both teams should be winning, why is that a good promotion for you? I feel like that is not that interesting to me but I do not get it that is why, and I want to learn it, why does everyone think it is a good one?

I also never understood corners for example, I do not gamble with small stuff like how many yellow cards, how many throw ins, how many corners, I just gamble on the score and goals (up or under) and that's about it. Can someone please explain to be the fun on these small tiny stuff and why they are fun?

Analysts say Bitcoin price drop to $ 30K was ‘healthy and necessary’
For me I think we are done with the bull run, although it’s hard for some people to always accept the truth on here, but that’s it. Some of them will keep telling you that it is not over yet and the price will still move from here to 50k, cause I have seen some of them that are still predicting higher prices while market has been slowly declining.

This is a bear market that we are slowly sliding into, the bull run is over, the price has been corrected and it will now go down and we are yet to know how low it will go. We will just wait till the end of the year and see, and then we can start looking forward to another bull, though there will continue to be some slight bulls from here.

Re: Roobet.com | Crypto’s Fastest Growing Casino
by

.../ I am not a big amout betting person. /...
In reality there is always a great confusion or a media effect with casinos and consequently with betting on the result of having to be a great player, casinos are in the first instance a place of entertainment, leisure, it is not a place where have to lose money that you do not have and dream of winning fortunes.

In fact, all the promotions that Roobet offers are generally intended to support or encourage new players, recreational players and includes regulars for its own sake, since generally you do not need great experience or  large bankroll to participate in your promotions.
The biggest problem about that started when casinos became online, because it lacked the "entertainment" part. You know what happens when you go to Vegas (or any other big casino place in the world) and drop let's say 10 thousand dollars on the table and lose?

You are not even a whale at that stage, people lose millions, but with only 10 thousand dollars lost (or even not lost maybe) you could have a lot of free stuff, tickets to shows, free drinks, anything you want to eat, a good cigar if you want, a standup comedy, a buffett of food, a great room in the hotel (luxury room, not small standard) and god knows what else could there be there. That is why casinos were entertainment and fun and people didn't care if they won or not. Unfortunately with online world some people forgot that and only focused on the fact that they may win if they are lucky, because there was nothing a casino could offer like that.

King Roo in a few minutes

It looks like you got very lucky today Smiley I hope for your wins to continue, 537 dollars is not a joke amount for most of us, I know there are whales here as well that wins thousands of dollars but for me 537 would be awesome and would allow me to live a better month for sure Cheesy.

This is why I like roobet as well, dudes got this awesome situation where people end up winning big, sure the average gambler must be losing money but that "big" win is always around the corner here and instead of faking it and all just like some other websites, it is actually real here, we have all seen and at least had it once in our life here, I had for example 50 bucks win with min bet once as well. Long story short roobet is a great place if you want to end up losing many many times but then get this HUGE win that will cover them all (well losing depends on odds you play obviously, you can win too).

Sorry guys.. Bitcoin is not for our day-to-day transactions.
by
pokeronlinestatus
on 11/01/2021, 09:19:17 UTC
If you are holding your bitcoins with the expectation of bitcoin will be hitting main stream adoption one day so that you will easily buy groceries for direct BTC payments and pay your gas bill with BTC, your dream will get fulfilled one day but after that you may regret for spending bitcoins for lesser value or for silly things.

I mean we are holding something technically advanced one but with old-fashioned expectations.

We will be able to buy our dream house for less than half of 1 bitcoin or we may able to acquire a profitably running business for one bitcoin but most of us are focusing on a day where we will be able to pay a cup of coffee with bitcoin.

I have 3 reasons why bitcoin is not for everyday spending but for our life changing transactions.

1. Countries may start having bitcoin as another reserve.

Many experts are speculating bitcoin will replace gold as a nation's central bank's reserve.
If that will not be happening, at least countries will prefer to have another form of reserve which is suitable for digital age along with all the properties of gold.

Here we should not assume like countries will first declare bitcoin as legal tender. They may collect as much as bitcoins first and then unveil their stand on bitcoins later.

So, we must save what our countries will start saving today or tomorrow. Else, regretting will be the final thing.

2. Governments will prefer bitcoin as a digital asset rather than a payment system.

An asset is something that we do not transact daily. When people are not spending bitcoins for their daily needs, it would be easier for governments to track BTC transactions for taxation.

When BTC value in multi-millions, people will not spend it for daily needs as they value it as an asset and may spend only for buying a Ferrari or for Apple 12 pro. (I mean I am sure no one will buy an Apple phone everyday).

3. Technically bitcoin is designed to be having huge value.

Limited supply and halving are explicit characteristics of bitcoins to assume it is designed to have huge value. When one satoshi is valuing 1 dollar or 10 dollar then you will not transact BTCs multiple time a day. Maybe you spend bitcoins monthly once or twice. Because you are going to use bitcoins only for your life's big things and you will have other income stream due to those big things which has happened with BTC payments.

This way I assume 1MB blocks are enough for bitcoins forever. Because people will save bitcoins and may spend it once in year or decade Cheesy.

The current bull run is triggered by institutional fund mangers and this wave may get intensified by other corporate and by governments. So, save bitcoins as much as possible before governments start competing against us.

by

on 10/01/2021, 19:19:14 UTC
It is obvious that if you keep on doing this without any reason to buy, people are going to just deal with validation process, create flips, join the sessions, get their free idena, sell them and do this every two weeks. In fact I was in, I had invitation, I started doing it for a while, made about 50 bucks or so, and stopped, you know why? Because even if it is free money, in the end it became not worth it.

I do not want to deal with this every two weeks for few dollars, with the risk of losing everything and starting back up again. And yes I did had a "bad flip" and it not only didn't give me a single idena, but it also took me back to zero level again, could I continue and still make free money? Of course I could, I started to even have invitations so I could totally make more, but the amount and work and care is not there, I couldn't care anymore to do it all over again and just stopped. Idena has ZERO buy reasons, it has a great way of mining it, proof of human is awesome and I think idena is awesome for it, but needs more reasons to make people buy it too.

In the past 6 years fortunejack grew and became bigger, but the fact remains that over the past 6 years bitcoin world (or crypto world in general) grow substantially as well, so not only fortunejack managed to grow but also community helped it grow as well.

However adding sportsbooks few years ago was a big deal, when they decided to do that and followed it up with jackmate and 7 goal scorer guess thingy, that became something huge, last year we literally talked about only that alone here and kept fortunejack topic as high as possible, nobody even won as far as we know and even with that they still managed to do marketing beyond measure, they could have given out 1 bitcoin and it would still be a profitable marketing and without it, it is even more profitable.
