How about we make a report to the Costa Rican authorities? Quite easy to do and we might have some contacts to look into these guys. It was brought to my attention that their CEO is non-exisant because we tried contacting him to report some bad actions from his employees. Now it makes sense. There is no CEO.

VOTE tokens are airdropped on April 14th, and right after airdrop, they are accessible through numerous wallets. Each address with KMD balance gets VOTE tokens with 1:1 ratio.
The VOTE airdrop ratio is good, at 1:1, but I don't know that the VOTE airdrop will happen only one time on 14th of April or the team have plans to run more round of airdrop later. Currently, I have some KOMODO, not too much, but I might consider to buy more KOMODO and hope that I can have chance to join other airdrops (I actually missed the one that happened in 14 April).The 2019 VOTE already happened, there won't be another round. Now vote holders have until mid-May to vote on their notaries. You can certainly get more coins for the 2020 VOTE next year
The vote tokens have no value outside of these annual elections.
And BTW - are there any tokens on KOMODO (or maybe KOMODO itself?) which gave rights to get dividends or are there quite often airdrops for KOMODO token holders?
That's correct. The votes are non-transferable other than to the final candidate's address. This year jl777 also frowned upon nodes that are sharing notary profits.

An ICO deep in the bear market, you got guts.
We didn't raise the minimum amount and processed refunds. Now we are competing for VC funding. We have a solid product and business model and will keep developing. Chameleon was just released in appstores and more features are coming.
Well done guys really, anyway, your idea is very interesting and good.
And if you entered the market a couple of years ago, you could easily collect the necessary amounts for the start of the project.
But now it is much more difficult. And the fact that you recognized and do not do as in other projects the endless extension of sales is a good step.
We are making progress in Latin America as we had planned and even though we aren't moving as fast as I'd like, it seems like we are on the right road.
