I released v1.3, which is basically 1.0 with checkpoints to avoid the mess of the last days, and some cosmetic fixes. There will be no more experimentation since you guys want it to be super serious.
Windows users will have to wait for a good soul to make a binary.
Dev should make a bounty for the first person who builds a working 32 & 64-bit Windows binary.

Re: [ANN] Bernankoin the Coin to save our economy - QE3 underway!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Generally, if you cool better your ASIC it will get less Hardware Errors. For altcoins you may mine simultaneously Bitcoin and Namecoin under BTCGuild just to mention an example.

Basically you need to configure your local altcoin.conf file. In Ubuntu it is under .altcoin/altcoin.conf
hard for me to understand , SO how diff is calculated here . The more miners the more rewards , so it will not matter when to mine it since reward will be the same in proportion to miner number or what ?
Hmm good question, if I mine now I get blocks every hour or so, if I mine later will I find one in a day? how do I calculate the amount of QE? will it be worth it to mine when so many coins are already on the market place?
Later, because the difficulty is so high you won't be able to mine a block.

Re: [ANN] Bernankoin the Coin to save our economy - 1.2 OUT(+bins) with new dual QE!
Wouldn't these coins actually gain some value over time for the common folk? Much like the USD, as the difficulty increases the wealth production concentrates more towards the elite (big rig miners) and the average guy with the average miner like myself will stop finding blocks. Eventually we'll start protesting that 99% of the wealth is concentrated with 1% of the holders (the big rigs).
p.s. much like the lottery, the fat cats will let us mine away pointlessly in search of our big break, keeping us down and the difficulty up, knowing it is a waste of our cpu resources that could be put to use mining quark.
