On May 17 he gave me a tracking code of DHL, but to date, the parcel has not yet been picked up.

I am happy to say that I received the miners from BitWorks.
I got them a few days ago, but I waited to give a review to see if they are fully functional.
After a small initial error in which some internal cables were disconnected, now it's all fixed, and it works perfectly. (The miner is very stable).
I think Bitworks has a nice product, but can improve what is around it (customer service, speed ...)
Anyway, I am quite satisfied.
I have done business with Brian for years. He makes a great product, but can be slow to respond at times.
Speaking from experience, he is most definitely not a scammer. My hunch is that he has MUCH more demand than he can handle at the moment, and therefor communications suffers.

Yes yochdog, I think the same, I have not tried them yet, but seems that Brian sells great miners. Especially since they are plug and play.
The only problem is the time it takes to get miners.
Where you given a timeframe when you purchased the miners? Or was there a purchase agreement of any kind, terms and conditions?
Well, when I made the payment I asked how long it took for shipping, and just did not answer me.
Maybe it was my mistake not exactly set the terms of shipment.
But it is not a question of nuclear engineering, it is a simple gpu miner (And I only bought two units).
Anyway, if I have news, and when I get the miners I'll write it here.

OP says to reach out to confirm lead time because of large pending orders. Was this done and did he provide a lead time prior to or after your order was placed? Was the deadline, if any, exceeded?
Well, I do not think (and I hope) that BitWorks is a scam, but I do not think they have great customer service.
On May 1st sent me an email saying it will start working on miners in the coming days.
To date it has not yet been shipped, I would have preferred to know in advance that it would take so long to receive the miners.

Per adesso non ho mai sentito lamentele riguardo gawminers quindi credo di si (but never say never).
Consegnano entro 3-5 giorni lavorativi ma per quel prodotto dopo il 16 Giugno.

Preferisco venderli in blocco tutti insieme, anche perchè incluso c'è un rig e 2 alimentatori da 5 gridseed ognuno e sarebbe un problema separare il tutto.Vendo 10 GridSeed completi di accessori (cavi usb, HUB usb, alimentatori ecc...) + in omaggio una struttura in alluminio e legno massello già montata per sorreggere e tenere al meglio i GridSeed. E' stata progettata per non far surriscaldare nessun componente dei GridSeed e consumare il meno possibile.
Al secondo piano del RIG è stata istallata una base in legno massello, con un foro, che serve a far passare i cavi al piano inferiore.
Le specifiche:
SINGLE MODE: SOLO Scrypt: (ad esempio LTC): 3500KH/s
SOLO SHA256 (ad esempio BTC): 90 GH/s
DUAL MODE: 50GH/s (SHA256) BTC + 3000KH/s (Scrypt) LTC
La potenza di calcolo è indicativa, perchè varia da minuto a minuto, ma questi GridSeed sono stati testati a lungo hanno passato tutti i test e quindi sono operativi al 100%.

Ho risolto il problema, era un problema di software,
ho aggiornato i driver dei gridseed e tutto si è sistemato.

però secondo me non è conveniente comprarne solo uno perchè il prezzo aumenta esponenzialmente per le spese di spedizione.
Però tutto sommato ne sono abbastanza sodisfatto, infatti ne ho ordinati altri 10!

Ho comprato 10 Gridseed, e mi sono arrivati 2 giorni fa', ho un problema nel programmarli, 5 funzionano senza problemi, ma 5 non lavorano per niente,

Ho provato a dividerli non in un singolo programma ma in 10 per vedere quali non funzionavano, dice che non ho i requisiti per utilizzarli ma stò usando un account amministratore non sò quale possa essere il problema.
Questa è la riga di comando che uso, in ogni miner cambio solo il COM e il nome del worker:
minerd --freq=800 --gc3355=\\.\COM1 --url=stratum+tcp://coinotron.com:3334 --userpass=pvanni.8:1
