Above guy got 2000 usd for helping a guy who was seeking support services !!!
1. Bittrex acts on Slack channel requests .
2. Access to Slack channel is only for old users of Bittrex .
3. All you need to do is create a support ticket and ask above guy to post this "PLEASE SOLVE REQUEST ID ######" on Slack channel of Bittrex.

Now, i am worried. i do have an account with Bittrex and have money there. I am now considering on transferring to another exchange. What is the best exchange? if not the best then close to it. Any recommendation?
Perform account approval before passing elsewhere. Otherwise they can always do the same problems.
