Hi r1dex. Russians are free to open a Kraken account and fund it using cryptocurrency but you can't deposit fiat from a Russian bank.
If you have a bank account the the SEPA zone you can fund your account with that bank account. Even if you purchased a vrified account then tried to fund it via Russian banks, it would be rejected.
We do not suggest purchasing a Kraken account.

Да я понимаю, что есть график, но мне нужны дневки в txt или csv желательно за всю историю (с середины 2009 хотя б), а так готов купить тиковые данные (может быть "все сделки") по разным криптовалютам в том числе и битку. Можно и минутки обсудить. Чем длиннее история, тем дороже, естественно. Вообще готов заплатить приличную сумму, если будут предложения.
