have an old private key for Maxcoin. I have downloaded the windows wallet for maxcoin, but I am not seeing a way to import the private key easily. Whats listed on GitHub is either over my head or lacking information. I am not turning up much info via google.
The wallet uses Qt v 4.8.6 if this helps.

I'd look into another Auth, I've had this issue with google before - I think unless you can provide everything they won't re-send the codes back to you. But they will probably ask for details of all accounts, the dates it was added... I'd have a nosy on a google auth forum and see if anyones had success.
Thanks for the heads up, Ill check there. I only remember 3-4 of the what I had set up on google auth off the top of my head, some I didnt sign into often. /sigh
I am always scared of using the Google Authenticator but even if I have to use it, I do back up the keys in a draft
I had done this along with my contacts, even though I popped my sd card where I saved it out of my phone before I formatted, all the info other than my pics was lost, seems it was corrupted along the way, in some kind of muphys law of fml
So I had to reformat my phone, and silly me thought the google back up codes on my account backed up my google auth, which it does not. Not I am locked out of several wallets I used for small transactions (storing small amount to send to my main wallet, browser farming/faucets set up before I got a better wallet)
I can't seem to get the authenticater back and some of the sites don't have simple ways to remove the 2FA,
ie I have a dogechain.info wallet and can't find a reset or contact info to remove 2fa
any ideas on how to recover or mass remove 2fa I had on several sites?

Recently by claiming on Moonbit.co.in I noticed option ''Run mining bonus'' and explanation about explanation about it:

ive been using this since yesterday - working great.
im getting on around an extra 40%-50% mining bonus on all my claims so far - and hardly notice the process running
Aha, that is why it stopped working with me, until I switched the mining bonus on. We will see what happens. Freebitco also has it as an option now.
the moon faucets still all work fine for me, even with the mining off - so maybe something else is wrong on your pc?
I tried it, but as malwarebytes flagged and blocked a download from moonbit when I claimed with the mining bonus, I unchecked the box
I usually do a google search and see what the top few results are. Then I will search here and reddit, generally they will have the best feedback. I will also check a coins hashtags and social media (twitter) and Steemit, to see if there are good talk about tho coin or if its only bounty/airdrop spam.

With ICOs popping up everywhere and eSports betting being a great way for kids to gamble away their csgo skins its only a natural direction. But with the rise of Esports betting and it's negative media (underage betting, thrown matches) will this be a long term stable project or will it fad out quickly due to negative media?
There is also the possibility that if they do well in the start then the market will flood with them and scamming could rise (see csgo skins sites)
Any thoughts about the merging of eSports with Cryptos and Icos?
