You don’t have 2FA because you forgot it already?
Do you submit KYC already on this casino because it’s one way you can retrieve your account to bypass 2FA by verifying again your identity on the casino.
It’s a bad timing to have an account problem to this casino because support is so slow to process concern.
It's indeed a very wrong timing for anyone to be unable to access to their account on the site because it's really going to be a long journey gaining access again.
I read in some previous post that the "forget 2fa code" or so is not working, what this means is that the user will have to first email the management and hope they respond, from here, they can provide the user a means of re-verifying his account by passing kyc before the 2fa gets deactivated so the user can login.
I will advice him to simply forget this account if he doesn't have any fund in there..

Support never giving any update about these issues and members are also having no reply about their any issue. @ramses90 already posted all information regarding his issue, but it's not sorted out.
Official page asking this for change of details, but I think not working for him which is the main problem.

I lost my phone with the app while escaping Venezuela 8 years ago.
I have my email, password, and even the phone number to deactivate 2FA, but I get this message: The Nexmo platform could not process this message for the following reason... (it doesn't actually give any reason)

I can't disable my 2FA in any way. If I try without the secret code and with my registered number, I get the following message: The Nexmo platform could not process this message for the following reason... but it doesn't specify any reason.
On the other hand, if I try to reset it and say I don't have the secret key or the phone number, it throws up this message: Sorry, your 2FA can't be reset now because your last login country is different from your current country. Please try resetting your 2FA from the same internet connection as the last time you used the website.

Hello. I have a serious problem. I haven't logged into my Freebitco account for years because I lost my Authy account while fleeing Venezuela. I've been trying to deactivate the second factor for a long time, but I can't... If I try to get Freebitco to deactivate it without the secret key or phone number, I get this message:

I don't really remember what my last internet connection was. I tried from Peru and Venezuela, but I wasn't able to request a reset from Freebitco.
