Yes I love that they are willing to sell 10 of them to forum members. I bet they could sell all of them on this forum!

Edit: typed 20 instead of 10, I guess it was wishful thinking.

Lets just stick with that 20 number. Maybe if we keep saying it, it will come true.

Anyone received confirmations of latest S9 purchase yet?. My order still says unpaid, expired right now.

Still unpaid and expired for me too. I must say I am feeling better after seeing others in the same boat here as well as the bitmain reddit.

I'm having a somewhat similar to above but a bit different problem.
So made an order of a few S9's. Then sent part of the BCC amount from coinbase account. Then, while i was exchanging the rest to BCC in my other wallet, the order expired (they seem to have changed it from one hour to 30 min).
So now i have almost $2k stuck in a forever expired order.
Has this happened to anyone??? Plz advise. Huh
Opened a ticket, but looking for advise/similar issues from others..

If you contact support ASAP you might be able to pay the difference right now. I would wait to hear what they say, rather then keep paying.

30 minuets to pay for an order is impossible sometimes. I paid for mine in the first block after I placed the order and it was at 30 minutes.

Just bought 2 more however, I again having trouble with the order being "paid". I sent the Bcash well within the hour time frame (35 mins) and it still went to unpaid and expired. I contacted support. Anyone else having this trouble today?

Once the payment goes through it will change to “paid” even though the time has expired

Yes I have had this happen before but this time it seems different. It has not changed to paid even after 7 confirmations. Also yes I have double and triple checked the addresses.
Same here. Last time it went to "paid" but "expired" as soon as there were a few confirmations. Then after a day or two they fixed the "expired" to "valid". This time it seems they did not receive the payment at all. I don't want to get paranoid, but they also didn't announce this on twitter. I think we'll have to wait and see.

As scary as it sounds I am glad I have at-least someone in the same situation. This tells me it seems like a their problem not an us problem. For what it is worth I have never had a problem that Bitmain support could not fix yet. They may not always get it right the first time buy they have always fixed it for me. I also tried calling their support number in China, their phone told me to make a support ticket. I'll just Hodl out.

Swing and a miss first time for support. Opening a new ticket. I got some generic reply that did not work. Getting a little uneasy now.

Just throwing my hat in for this special link. I have a few 741's and love them, but they could use about 20 friends.

How cold is the environment you are mining in? If you are only running one unit in a cold basement or garage the limits may get pushed a little.

This massive "hardware" vacuum between now and Chinese New Year is going to bring out the worst in these scammers.

True but people should not act dumb they should see which is genuine and which are bogus if they cannot then what can we say

Agreed, would much rather be safe than sorry.

Canaan's intention is to get as many miners spread across the globe as possible to build on the decentralization of the network, that is ours as well, we do not want to prioritize any "large buyer"  no matter what they try to offer us in terms of personal bribes.  We would rather see one of these in 100 peoples garages, than 100 in a data center somewhere or being resold on the market.

We will have a few tweaks to the checkout process for the next time around, but mainly issue was just sold out too fast, site said still in stock when they were not due to a few hung up orders that buyers were having payment issues, so technically it was sold out, just didnt relay that it was fast enough as people were still checking out.

We obviously could have raised the price much higher and slowed sales down, but in the end that is not the best for the community as a whole.

As frustrating as it is to lose out on an F5 fight, and as much as everyone things they have a perfect solution (which  they don’t) one thing is for sure: Blokforge stayed true to and delivered on their mission to decentralize even though it would have been much easier and more profitable for them to sell to 1 or 2 high rollers. Thanks for  giving us little guys a chance, Blokforge! Please know that in spite of all the complaints and whining, tthe silent majority is grateful and looking forward to another F5 fight for the 821 in January!

A+ for Blokforge, taking a slightly bad situation and explaining it in a way that people can understand they did the best they could have at the time.
