Yes. The best one is still Binance because it is trustable and care to the quality of the coins/projects. While for others, I am not really sure, especially for new exchanges. They possibly cooperate to scam people.

Bagus juga kalo ada event meet up nya. Berarti bisa ketemu langsung dengan tim nya untuk diskusi atau tanya jawab seputar koin HPB ini. Tapi sayangnya banyak orang mungkin jauh dari Jakarta. Bagusnya sih ada meet up dibeberapa kota besar.
I don't know about website which paying in ETH. Can you explain a bit about it? However, I suggest you to buy ETH with your money since the price is quite affordable currently. It will be more safe and you can determine how much you want.

I suggest you to add more information about your tokens or coins. Well, I see above there two cryptos: AST coin and ASTC token. What is the differences between them? And why do you create coins and also tokens? Do you have a specific reason?

Actually, I am a bit confused when I look at your team member photos. Those are not real photos and I feel suspicious with that way. Why do you not show real photos? You said that BitBall is a community powered cryptocurrency, but how can community don't know the project team members. I am quite traumatized with the community project.

From Dec 2013 to Jan 2015 BTC went from 1000 to 200 USD and it took 3 years to go up to 20000. Also most of the alts will dump even more than BTC before eventually come back up. They're just market cycles, blockchain tech is still fine and will be used now and in the future.
not all the altcoins would recover. a lot of them will die and many will continue to struggle to gain back half of what they lost while they are being replaced by other altcoins that get pumped instead of them.
for example if you look at the market from years ago you can see the top 10 were a complete different set of coins. and it will be the same in near future too.
Yeah, that's what I'm thinking right now. In this case, for people who wants to buy crypto coins in this bear market need a lot of analysis. Although the price too low and it's good time to buy but if you buy wrong coins, so it will be worthless later. Need a serious research to determine what coins to buy.
In my opinion, no one can answer your question with truly accurate answers. But I agree to buy crypto coins this month since the crypto prices are really low. Some predictions state that at the end of this year or the beginning of next year the rates of crypto coins will rise. Now is a good chance to buy the coins with promising future.

If your research concludes that the project is good for you, just go with the project. I guess you have did your own research before deciding to invest in that ICO. But for me, I prefer to buy ETH as investment since the price quite low currently. I believe the price will rise again next year.

ICO-ratings just identify the data or information of the ICO project. It not really determines which one is the best ICO. You should analyze yourself to find the ICO that meets with your expectation. For me, it only shows a general info of an ICO.
