Re: suing mt.gox poland

update:

mt.gox poland did not respond to official prosecution asset recovery order!

I just stopped into this forum to see if you people have done anything, but wow, the lack of awareness you are displaying is phenomenal.

Karpeles sits happy because he is protected.  He is involved with the Silk Road bag stealers.  His smirk means he won and you lost.  Silk Road was a Pulp Fiction style bag of wallets.  Can you people stay on target?  Poland law ain't worth two shits on this level.  Sorry, I love Polish folk and food don't get me wrong.

Lawyers are in no way prepared for this new theft paradigm.  If I were missing coin from Gox, I would bring cameras to bear on Mark K. 24/7 until that dude squeals.  Watch who comes to his rescue.  Local authorities and US/UK coinstealing authorities.
If you do that you'd get bounced by his bodyguard, and I don't think these methods are very productive. It's either he gives back the coins, either he goes to jail or either he gets shot.

I'd rather hand the business to anarchystar than to this car load of crooks that are savegox.
Savegox looks extremely shady and very suspicious, and what Phinnaeus gage revealed some days ago about Brock Pierce (AKA Brock Rector) is extremely frightening.

OkCoin is by far the best plan we have, however we didn't hear anything from them...

Was there any information released regarding how Sunlot would convert the BTC balances into equity stakes?
For obvious reasons, I had only BTC left inside Gox. But for the same reason, those don't worth much if you count their ~100 $/BTC closing price.

We're using a $500 per coin basis.

Cheers,
When the plan sails on and recovery is underway the price will easily shoot up back to $1000.
Very bad idea IMO

Hmmm, interesting research, Phinnaeus Gage.

So, according to your theory, Collins-Rector, the ringleader, was used as a fall guy, which allowed the FBI to close the case and obtain a couple of reliable assets with expertise in Internet technology and showbiz, whom they are now deploying to take over MtGox. The IC do this stuff all the time, so it's not implausible due to scope/scale... but, what would the purpose be?

Tracking major SR vendors? They probably have all the info they could get from MtGox, given how hackable/insecure the site was.

Controlling a major Bitcoin exchange? It would be equally easy to set up a new one... and MtGox's broken reputation makes its marketability uncertain.

So what could the purpose be?

Ok, listen up you retarded little shits, because I'm not going to repeat myself. There's only two possible outcomes.

1. They don't find the coins Well trolofuckinglol, we just paid them 10m for someone to tell us there are no coins left. We already knew that, but we're going to pay someone 10 million dollars to tell us again, in case reality isn't sinking in. It doesn't even take 10 million to liquidate the company.

2. They find the coins So after extorting us for 10 million, they get a 10% cut of whatever they find. That's a maximum of 65k btc, or 30 million. Oh, and they get 84% of the company in the end. Oh, and our debt is converted into fiat at a fixed rate of $450, and we get payed back in fiat, not bitcoin.

In the meanwhile, our funds are held hostage for over a year, and we get a pitiful 16% of a stinkhole they show no signs of supporting.
And you know what? These people are insiders, liars, and vultures, they know how this will end, it's just a matter of how much they profiteer out of this.

ScamGox 2014 Thanks but no thanks, I've been goxxed enough. I'll take liquidation over this mockery.

For most people with large sums stuck/lost in MtGox, even if what you say about Sunlot is true, it's STILL preferrable over liquidation. Getting goxxed by capitalist vultures is preferrable over getting goxxed by Japanese lawyers who just want to get rid of a hot potato the easiest way.

That some people would rather get ~20% or less of their funds, rather than the same quantity (or a little bit less) PLUS the possibility of recovering the rest over time, is mind-blowing.

Leading the push for liquidation on the customer/creditor side is Oliver Janssen (mtgoxrecovery.com, anarchystar). His motivation seems to be REVENGE. He doesn't care about the few millions he lost at MtGox -- odd behavior for a millionaire, but it seems his focus is on getting Karpeles behind bars.

AFAIC, even if Sunlot are FBI stooges, they are preferrable over liquidation.

No, Sunlot would be worse, way worse.

Is someone able to inform Mark about this? We have to do something in order to throw out Sunlot from the candidates to rehab.

Why do you ask?

Are muslims going to use bitcoin? To do what? Send coins anonimously to fund Al-Qaeda?

I hope bitcoin remains haram, let's not give them terrorists another tool to kill more innocents.

I hope you're trolling. Either way, welcome to my ignore list.
Come back when Deutschland becomes an islamic shithole, oh wait it's not called Deutschland anymore, more like Türkland.

Even if it's just civil it doesn't mean it cannot turn into a criminal case.
If there's enough evidence to believe that he was trying to conceal evidence or criminal activity then he could be convicted.
And IMO the mere fact that he claimed a hacker sneaked into the server and heisted 850k BTC and then weeks after 200k BTC suddenly appear out of nowhere is enough evidence to prove he was lying all the way.

A lot of people were talking about this address starting from the 25th february if you look in google.
Apparently it sparked some interest but everyone forgot about this address, now that coins are still moving maybe we should wonder about the origin of these coins.
Looking back at the addresses, most of them go to an adress called "Bitstamp audit".

Re: Fat French Fuck Fucked Us All

Either way, one thing is not up for debate: they are both Jews.
Delete that please.
Why?  That is a merely a fact.  It is not pejorative.  Is it not OK to EVEN mention someone is Jewish these days?  How crazy is that?

If someone said: "because they are jews, they screw people of millions" - I'd agree with you.  But to merely state 'Schlomo and Ariel are jews' is not even disrespectful.

Why should someone delete something so innocent as that?  Are you crazy?

So it is OK to write "Fat French Fuck...", but to merely utter that someone is jewish is a high crime worthy of censorship.  What on Earth has the world come to?  You guys are nuts.  And you consider yourself a 'professional anarchist' - hahahahahlololololol.

LOL @ the paranoid Jews and unthinking American goyim in this thread. Another example of the brainwashing power of the "American" MSM.

Absolutely nobody complained about calling MK "fat" or "French". Why would anyone assume that calling MK a "fat fuck" is an indication of an irrational hatred of fat people? Or French people?

And yes, the "professional anarchist" is the funniest part!

I rather think that you're the paranoid one in this thread, you keep talking about Jews all the time, apparently you see them everywhere, maybe you should consult a doctor and get this issue of yours fixed.
I doubt any of us is watching MSM all the time, quite the contrary actually, so would you stop depicting us as being "unthinking" or "paranoid", the only one who actually focused on Mark K. being jewish is you and no one else.
The fact that he's jewish is totally irrelevant, only a twisted mind would bring this up.

Fat has nothing to do with a code of fraudulent business, because low body fat people are also judaists, and also non judaists steal as well.
Antisemiteman is back again, spewing out his hatred for Jews. Seriously get a grab, were you harassed by jewish kids at school? Grow up and stop spreading so much BS and lies, Israel will prevail whatever you say.
And stop using that word "judaist", this is totally irrelevant, are you too chicken to say "jew" or what? Or are you trying to distort reality by putting "-isms" at the end of everything you hate?

So what ever happened to the 650k BTC where they sold on the exchange over the 2 years? How many hackers where their stealing coins and how long did it take to get 650k BTC?  How did Mt. Gox run for years with 650k BTC missing? Did it run like a ponzi? If so someone needs to go to jail.

There never was a hacker. Mark just lied to cover his ass., Cant wait for a real audit.
He was lying all the way. And just for that we can press charges on him for trying to cover up evidence, should be enough to send him to jail.

Beware Mark, japanese jails aren't funny at all : http://www.nytimes.com/1996/07/08/world/prisons-in-japan-are-safe-but-harsh.html
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/tvshowbiz/article-40715/My-jail-nightmare-Sir-Paul.html

This is what japanese penal code says about suppressing evidence :
Quote
Article 104. (Suppression of Evidence)
A person who suppresses, damages, counter
feits or alters evidence relating to a
criminal case of another person, or who uses co
unterfeit or altered evidence, shall be
punished by imprisonment with work for not more than 2 years or a fine of not more
than 200,000 yen
Quote
Article 238. (Constructive Robbery)
When a person who has committed the crime of theft uses assault or intimidation
in order to retain the stolen property, evade arrest or destroy evidence, the person
shall be dealt with in the same manner as with robbery.
Article 236. (Robbery)
(1) A person who robs another of property through assault or intimidation commits
the crime of robbery and shall be puni
shed by imprisonment with work for a
definite term of not less than 5 years.
(2) The same shall apply to a person who obtains or causes another to obtain a
profit by the means proscribed under the preceding paragraph.
